Ok for a start

Received a Defective One

I oiled the blades and flipped on the power button. I clippers started buzzing but, the blades did not move. I flipped the switch off and on and the blades started moving. I attempted to cut a section of but, all it did was pull the hair.

Pulls hair, and leaves strays

They've always done a great job, even the lower priced models such as these. I was very disappointed with this set of clippers though. I tend to like to cut hair quickly and these will not allow that as they will tug and pull hair if you run them too quickly. Even after you go over the hair many times, you can still see stray long hairs. Maybe I got a lemon but I cannot recommend these clippers. Spend a little more and get a quality set.
