The edges of the clipper are too sharp. You can easily get cut when shaving. Not the best product

Not a great product. Purchased twice (first one was defective). Tends to seize up.

I was so excited for my first plug in trimmer. I used it on my beard, which it trimmed with difficulty. Next time I tried to use it, it stopped working! This was after the 14 day return policy so essentially, it is a waste of money.

I bought from Best Buy first time I use this haircut machine I get lots of pain when cut the hair after that i never use anymore.I feel wasted my money and time both.

I recently used this at a friend's house and I liked it so much that i just purchased one! Wahl has always been a trusted name in my household. Clippers cut close and come with every accessory you need for an average cut and trim. Buy this!!

Absolutely LOVE these. I decided I buy a pair of clippers several months ago after accepting my old stylist was irreplaceable and I had become tired of paying so much money to cut my short hair. I have been using these for several months now and they cut great. I have gotten MANY compliments on my hair since deciding to cut it myself... After all, no one knows what you like better than yourself.

This clipper set is a really good value. You get a nice quality trimmer, tons of useful head attachments, and a case to store everything. The price was more than reasonable. I started cutting my father's hair, as well as my own, in order to save money. This set pays for itself after the first use. Just keep it clean and oiled periodically and it should last a long time. Great too if you just want it for touch ups and body hair trimming.

It's hardy, easy to use, and it included some self-hair trimming instructions. The instructions were accurate and I'm now able to cut my own hair, even the back. Very pleased!

I bought this set to replace a Conair clipper set I had bought nearly 20 years ago. I am not a professional barber, I cut my husband's and son's hair to save money. I opened the box, and found all sorts of inserts, a few that looked like medieval torture devices. I'll admit, I played around with them on my husband's hair, and ended up cutting it way shorter than I'd planned. It still looked nice, but it was enough to convince me that you really only need about 5 of the cutting inserts in this kit. That said, they are a bit tricky to put on at times, seeming to require a lot of force to fit on. Other times, I can clip them on no problem! I get the feeling that once I become accustomed to this new kit I'll be able to clip on the inserts with no troubles. The kit includes a plastic coverup that has Velcro straps to hold it in place. Both my husband and son said they began to feel hot in it, and after 2 uses it already has hair starting to cling to the hooks of the Velcro. I can see going back to the ol' sheet and binder clip pretty soon! The plastic box for this kit is VERY small. Everything has to line up just so in order to close the box. I like to keep extra combs, clips and scissors in the kit for when I cut my daughter's hair, and there was NO WAY I could put all that stuff in that tiny box. I kept the box from my old kit. You might want to purchase an inexpensive plastic box just to save yourself the hassle every time you put the clipper away. However, the extraneous clipper inserts and the plastic sheet and the tiny case are no big deal. The star of this kit is the clipper, and boy, does it shine! Nice, powerful motor that doesn't bog down in thick hair, and an easily adjustable clipper height for when I'm detailing the neckline is fantastic! The whole thing has a nice, solid feel without being overly heavy in my small hands. A real pleasure to work with. I can see owning this clipper for 20 years+.

I purchased this to keep trimmed up between haircuts. Has every accessory you need and is a good, old fashioned heavy, plug in hair trimmer. It works great and is inexpensive.

In my quest to not pay someone $20-$30 to cut my lack of hair, I bought a set like this from Wahl 20+ years ago. I just replaced it due to the fact that I did NOTHING to it for 20 years and it finally is acting up a little. Use it once every 2-3 weeks and no one can tell that I dont go to a barber. Highly recommend.
