I would highly recommend this game if you dont already have Halo 3 or any of the downloaded maps since it comes with it. Other than that the campaign is too short to merit paying a full $60 for.

I figured with the 60 dollar price tag it would be as long as all the Halos.....guess not..its at least HALF the length......Find your teamates...escort this squid thing to safety.....thats it

this is by far the best halo game created. The thing that i really liked was the more tacticle game play. your not just running through everything like in the old halo's. its more challenging then that

Tell you what happened to New Mombassa, During the end of Halo 2 and begining of Halo 3. Play Halo 1, 2, and 3 before you play this game because you will be confused if you are a new Halo player!

The ODST game comes in a 2- disc set; Disc 1- Halo 3 ODST Campaign and co-op mode firefight. Disc 2- All Halo 3 map packs including the all new Heretic,Longshore, and Orbital.

It's a great game! I was kind of nervous after the last Halo game was a flop! But they actually pulled off another great game!!!!! Thanks

The firefight mode is fun to play but is just a worse version of zombis from cod 5. The campaign is boring and you spend a lot of time running around doing nothing and the multiplayer is literally halo 3 with the spartans and even ranks from halo 3. Only good thing about the new multiplayer is that they brought back midship from halo 2

the game is awesome i like it, it is a little better than halo 3 and i love the campaign

I bought this for my son and he loves it. It is similar to other games, but he doesn't care.

Like most complaints written in previous reviews, this game is nothing but a scam. Bungie has seriously damaged their reputation in selling this game. Bought the game amid the big hype, rushed to bestbuy, picked up the game, brought it home, played it, and the only thing that I could think of, was wow! I got screwed. After not playing the game for a few days, hoping I would have a change of heart, about the way I thought about the game, I still stood by my first conclusion, This game sucks, and OMG! where did my $60 go? Aftrer a couple weeks, I had a brilliant idea. I thought why dont I turn the game in? I could have turned the game in, but I would not have gotten back nearly what I put into it. Yah, this game is that bad. I guess the moral of the story is to rent before you buy. PS: Modern warfare 2 is definately worth the $60

well first of all the story line was no good, i didn't feel like i was a ground trooper either. basically your master chief again in a different body. there is virtually no changes at all to things like the aliens weapons or anything, in fact there are less weapons. the game was nothing like what i expected it to be. I expected to experience different gameplay than the other halo games, but its just a bad version of halo 3 and your some random trooper. Also the story line takes only a couple hours to beat on the hardest difficulty. Very disapointing. havent played multiplayer yet, but after the campaign i dont really expect anything new. if i knew this before i wouldnt have bought this game cuz it sucked

Halo 3 was ok at best, mostly kid stuff so the only good ratings it usually gets (and this one) are from kids or early teens. The firefights happen in streets that are so ridiculously dark even with the NVGs it's hard to navigate where you're going. Same enemies, the usual 3 stooges behavior...repetitive scenarios etc. There is hardly any progression in story so after playing for a few hours, I decided to just trade it with Uncharted 2 / Modern Warfare 2. I still have Halo 3 but will also probably put it on the trading list also.

This is more like a DLC (add-on) than full game. I liked playing it...just not long enough to be called a "full game". I would have been happy just paying "half game" price.

Maybe bungie sould just stop making Halo Reach because from what i seen from halo odst everything will be the same again". After i bought it went home and beat it in 5 hours, played some firefight and match making then i returned it. And i put the return money to Call of duty modern warfare 2.
