I've been playing halo since the first one came out and was pretty addicted to it . This game while it's good im kinda disappointed it didn't have local split screen for campaign mode. I was looking forward to playing it with my bro . Which was a big turnoff for me multiplayer was fun tho

Game is very good, the story wasn't what I expected to be which is a good thing. I had a very great time playing this game campaign story awesome. I for sure recommend this to a friend or any other person who want to buy this game.

I picked this up well after its initial release and I have been pleasantly surprised by not only the graphics which are pretty cool but also the game play definitely drew me in. Great purchase!

Once again, 343 Industries delivers another awesome Halo title. The story is great, but slightly disappointing. The new Warzone muliplayer mode is fun and new, but personally, it needs some tweaking here and there, and some features need to be added to make it a more enjoyable experience.

I buy these games for the epic story line and the multiplayer. There are some cool moves without getting crazy with too many options. They went back to the basics and the new ranking system reminds me of the older halos where if you suck, you could actually rank down. Thank you for that.

it is your typical halo game. Controls feel good and the new smart link ads flows well with the hud. Single player was short and lacking on story. Friendly squad ai seemed useless. Multiplayer is alright with the new warzone taking place of big team battles.

Halo is an awesome franchise, though I've only played a few scattered times before playing this. The story is nice, and being able to do some of the things you do in earlier games is also good. There are just two things wrong with this game. One is the style of story play, which I may just not be used to, I admit. The other is multiplayer. I bought three games, two of which I bought for the single player. The only reason I really bought Halo was so I could play with my friends. But NOPE! This just so happens to be the version that they decide that split screen isn't worth the dropped framerates. This may not be a problem for people who have friends with xboxes, but come on! I want to play with my friends!

I was highly skeptical of this purchase but I decided to go for it anyways after heeding my friends requests. The Master Chief Collection may still be broken but this game has very few technical issues. Matchmaking is fast and seamless. You may find issue with the campaign, but not for any technical reasons. Graphics are okay, but the console does manage to stay at a very smooth feeling framerate and the dips in resolution with the new "DSR" system are rarely felt. Voice acting is great from talent like Nathan Fillion but I feel that Locke (Ike Amadi) left much to be desired. However, most of you will be playing multiplayer and in most respects that delivers. The new REC system and the warzone playlist gives the game a much needed shot in the arm. Forge not being delivered in time for release is a big disappointment but hopefully it will be here soon and with great effect.

The campaign is solid and fun if you play thru solo but much more enjoyable in coop with friends playing on Legendary. MP is where it really shines and new modes like Warzone are a blast. This is a great game to have if you're a fan of MP shooters or Halo.

..still a worthy purchase. This is a copy I bought for a relative. I have had Halo 5 since launch and I am a huge Halo fan. This game probably has the worst story of all the Halo games, but I enjoy the gameplay. Multiplayer is very good. Arena is great and Warzone is fun.

Halo 5 has wet my thirst for Halo, a thirst that I haven't had since Halo 2. I have only played the multiplayer, but for what it is, I am having an awesome time. Warzone is an excellent MP mode, as it is like an AV match from World of Warcraft. Love it!

As a huge Halo fan (main reason to have an Xbox One for me), I grew skeptical about this franchise after Halo 4. Although you don't play as only Master Chief, it's a step forward into this franchise. Graphics looks great, gameplay is fun, and a great preview for the future of Halo.

The single player story was a jumbled mess but that didn't mean it wasn't fun to play. The campaign did a great job making all of the locations visited feel alive; set pieces are unparalleled by other games. The multiplayer is the best the series has seen since Halo 2: enough said!

I readily enjoyed the campaign of this one, the story is awesome. Multiplayer is great too, but lacking a few classic game modes like Big Team Battle. I wish shield charged while sprinting, and I really don't like the new Spartan charge and ground pound but overall it's really fun.

The campaign is still very good. I had wished that it was more lone player rather than playing as two teams but still, had a good story. Halo 6 should top the story. The multiplayer is so, so good. Halo player or not, this should be something to try if you're on the edge about it.

So I'm almost complete with the campaign and I can say it's by far the most beautiful and well played halo campaign in the series. Multiplayer is great too. For being a recently released game, I've not encountered any bugs, which is pretty remarkable in today's age. Love the game.

Everything 343 Industries has done with Halo 5 basically modernized Halo. Sprint, thrusters, etc. have become standard for first-person shooters. That's the direction the industry is going and Halo must be modernized for it to be successful. This is a good step for the franchise.

My whole family has been raised on xbox systems so now that they are out on their own they needed their own system. It's fun to watch all my kids and their dad play Halo together all from their own houses. It makes for a great family game night still each from their own houses.

The improved abilities and varied gameplay are a nice step up from previous Halo games. As always, the shooting mechanics and graphics are top notch. If you're a Halo fan this is a must. If you enjoy first person shooters in general, give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Loving the multiplayer, single player is different from other halo games. You have a squad of 4 that fight alongside with you. The only complaint is there is no split-screen. All other halo games have split screen so that was my only dissapointment.
