I was really hyped for Halo Guardians because I've been a long time fan since the first Halo. The longer the series goes the more it changes. ex. new abilities for spartan, jet pack, and 4 player coop (which is awesome but not split-screen coop.) I mainly bought this game because all the ads I've seen of the game is Master chief fleeing from the UNSC and another team going after them with some type of big fight scene. That never really happens and i felt duped. I wanted a big fight with master chief and Locke but never really happens. Just a little hand to hand combat and thats it. The gane overall i liked it but not loved it like halo 1 and 2.

I have always enjoyed the Halo series and Halo 5 has had the best multiplayer I have experienced in a while. As far as the campaign goes, it's much better to play with some friends.

This version of Halo offers an interesting spin on the old multiplayer style, and while the campaign is short, it's still a good story and will point the series in a new direction.

You play much of the game as Spartan Locke as he is sent on mission after mission, ultimately tracking down the true hero of the Halo universe, Master Chief. The story gets unnecessarily complicated, but the gameplay is incredible. The real draw is the four-player co-op (online only, no couch co-cop) for the campaign. Yes, you can play with four players through the campaign. If not, you will have computer AI take the roles of your teammates throughout the fifteen missions that await. There isn't much of an ending as it simply sets up the next game. But it's still a blast. The online is great as well, and the future maps and gameplay modes will be provided FREE (no paid DLC for Halo 5). Well worth the price!

i have played the campaign and multiplayer and i have to say this game is crazy fun and has a great story and puts us right back in this amazeing universe, this is a must pick up for this holiday season

Halo 5 looks great and plays great. The only gripes I have are the unnecessarily convoluted story, and the fact that it took forever to install the game (96 GB in all).

Good game if your a fan. Lack of split screen was a huge disappointment and the story was kind of a let down. Maintains a solid 60 fps and overall looks great, still a fun game.

With the mixed opinions and feedback from the community about Halo 4, 343 has listened and given us a Halo game that is fun for everyone. The story while I will admit is a little lackluster, the game as a whole doesn't suffer from it. Everything has been tweaked in this game to give a halo experience like no other. Multiplayer is a lot more fun and enjoyable for everyone as well even if your new to the series. The REQ pack system offers so many interesting ways the battle can change keeping matches fresh and always changing. Overall, Halo 5 is a must buy for any fan or someone looking for something enjoyable. Yes the game has its little things that can be nitpicked at, but then again so do all games.

If you've played your way through earlier Halo games, you won't be sorry you added this to your collection. Great continuity with the earlier game series and excellent imagery and graphics.

Halo 5 is fun, and the multiplayer is great. Only dinging it a star because of no split screen. Really? No couch co-op, 343? For shame. That's what Halo has always been about!

i had never played halo before. it is taking me some time to get used to it and the controls. but i am loving the graphics and storyline. a must have for any scifi enthusiast

This is a great & exciting game. The graphics are superior to everything else out there. The controls are tight & on point. If you like FPS's or Halo, this is a great addition.

I've been a fan of the Halo series since the beginning and have liked how the series has evolved over time. Halo 4 played it safe with their story and multiplayer but Halo 5 took a risk and I didn't like it. It feels like they focused more on the multiplayer than the story which is great but it should have been a balanced effort. The story left me with more questions than answers. I think the problem was 343 relying too much on outside media to fill in the blanks. If you're looking for multiplayer then I would definitely give Halo 5 a shot, but if you're looking for story like I was then you might be a bit disappointed.

The story is pretty good, graphics look great. Yes in some instances it looks weird but w/e. Also yes frame rate for ppl in distance drops which looks weird, but it looks cool when forerunners do it.

I bought this game for my son, he's a halo fan, (so I also included the halo edition controller for xbox one), this game is better than the last ones. The graphics, etc, I would recommend it.

Campaign is a little short, but still very enjoyable to play, especially coop online with friends. Online matchmaking, playlist so, and all around experience is potentially the best online halo yet.

Excellent multiplayer as always. Warzone mode is very fun. Think Domination with extra side objectives to earn points toward victory. Campaign is good from what I have played

Got the game for the multi player had a great time playing. Only problem is no level select or (the biggest problem no split screen). Still a better game than halo 4. Enjoy.

Multiplayer is very solid Warzone is a great addition that cribs some strong points from Titanfall. The campaign missions are fun but you will want to ignore the inane plot.

If you liked all the other Halo games, Halo 5 will not let you down. The graphics are awesome on the new Xbox One platform and the multiplayer is as good as it has ever been. Halo never gets old!
