I've been playing Halo since the first game came out on the original Xbox. I've been following the series since before that, when it was supposed to be a PC game. I'm a huge fan of the series (books, games, movies, etc). I am disappointed by Halo 5. Negatives: - No Split-Screen Co-Op - No Single-Player game modes other than Campaign (Firefight, for example in Halo: Reach) - Frustrating Campaign (Spoilers: You spend more time as Locke than as Master Chief). Positives: - New gameplay mechanics (ground slam, which is admittedly just like butt-slam from Borderlands 2) are entertaining. - Story is engaging and compelling. - Multiplayer modes are enjoyable and plentiful. - Campaign is multiplayer even if only through XBox Live). - Voice acting is masterful. Overall: It's a good game, but it's nothing special. It's missing a lot of features that Halo has had for a long time, and it's frustrating as a long-time fan of the series.

I've been playing Halo since the original on Xbox I got this one when I got my Xbox One s what a plate of it it's not really that bad not as good as Halo 3 or 2 love you looking forward to Halo Infamous if a $20 you can't go wrong and it still has an active online

great graphics great story but wish it was longer.

This is still a great individual game in the Halo series that really takes the story line to new heights. Unfortunately, the co-op feature that allowed you to play with a person not on xbox live has been nerfed. Now it requires two people top lay coop on xbl.... which takes away alot from the multiplayer fun factor. This is a shame!

Love this game. A huge improvement from Halo 4. Would highly recommend.

The game, for what it is, is quite fun, but without a good campaign or splitscreen multiplayer (only singleplayer online multiplayer), it misses out on much of what made previous games so enjoyable. Its a shame that Xbox One games are going to this format, as that used to be the main benefit of console gaming over PC. Not anymore.
