Great Again!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've played all the major Halo releases and have loved them all for the most part. Haven't finished the campaign yet so I can't speak for that, but the multiplayer is excellent in Halo 5! I've always loved Halo, sure call me a fanboy, so I might be slightly biased. Try it out!

Halo Multiplayer is back
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hands down my most anticipated game this year. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint at all. This is the best Multiplayer since Halo 2. You'll sit down and say, "oh I'll just go ahead and play a couple of matches," but before you notice, hours have gone by and it is 3AM.

Good sequel but one major issue
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall Halo 5 came out as a solid sequel and one of the best in the series. However my one big issue is that they eliminated split screen. This was one of the few games that still got friends together on a couch to play in person and I miss that.

Very good Halo installment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is a great continuation of the story from Halo 4 with a lot of improvements in gameplay and mechanics. The new revive option and 4 man squad with AI team mates are what Halo always needed, especially when playing on harder difficulties.

One of the must have games for Xbox One
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're a fan of first person shooters, especially with competitive multiplayer, you'll surely enjoy this game. The maps are great and the gameplay and online experience is among the best I've ever encountered. I hope they bring back classic multiplayer maps at some point.

Still good for the Halo series.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although some people do not like the campaign story line, I still find it entertaining and interactive. For being the 5th installment of an FPS series it still brings a decent amount of continuation to the story line and the online play is to be as expected.

Its ok, but so much wasted potential
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a Halo player since the original was released. Played so much halo 3 i was in the top 2%in the world and loved halo 4. This game feels and plays more like Call of Duty than Halo. Adding big team battle after a few weeks was an improvement, but the maps are so small and the Spartans run so fast having a vehicle is more of a handicap than an advantage. The micro transaction system may be cool in theory and i don't hate it, but i have opened easily 100 packs and still have not unlocked a DMR,which is by far the most powerful weapon in the game. But what i do have is 20 different assault rifles that nobody cares about. If your not a Halo fan then buy Star Wars Battlefront because that game is more like Halo than Halo 5 is. Plus you can fire the guns on the AT-AT,which is extremely satisfying to blast rebels at point blank range.

Good game
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good game, although it doesn't compare to halo 1-3, halo 3 odst or halo reach, I think is a good game on its own.

One of my favorite games out right now
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Halo 5 is finally a good halo since Halo 3. I've been disappointed with he previous halo games. The story is quite short but if you are a true halo fan then it is really fun experience. Multiplayer is great, very fun. Only downside they barely have any playlist to play yet.

Really liking it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's Halo with a new twist. Even though several people are complaining of the changes, they seem good to me for the exception of NO split scree/co op.....This is one of the reasons Halo was so fun to play. Hopefully, this feature returns for H6.

not what we were told....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game is decent, its ok to play but if you play on Heroic then NEVER revive your teammates (single player) they are far better off to you dead, they get in the way and do nothing but drag you out of cover and get you killed. The story was boring (to me at least) and the advertising for this game set up a belief that there was going to be some major conflict between Locke and Chief but this never happens, the dark, gritty, conclusion we were lead to believe was coming was a total lie and just another set up for another game that goes nowhere. If you enjoy Halo then yes its an ok game to play, but if you were expecting a deep and entertaining story then don't get your hopes up.

No Brainer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This games is extremely fluid when it comes to multiplayer. I honestly get hooked for hours and its beautiful. Haven't played campaign but it's worth the money when you see all the value Halo 5 has in terms of quality, content, and reliability. Happy gaming and thanks 343i

Halo!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Goes back closer to Halo 2 & 3 gameplay. Setting up classes is similar to the older games as well as weapon respawns. Not exactly the same gameplay but I think better than the last halo. Just needs to bring back multiplayer split screen for campaign.

Good halo game not master chief
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an alright game but it doesn’t continue the master chief. I wish that Xbox consoles would keep a list of your games- not just the digital ones. I like how the Nintendo Switch has a list that includes both physical and digital games. For those of us who prefer keeping physical copies of games especially seeing as how Xbox touts back compatibility!

Entertaining and a hit with my kids
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disclaimer - I have casually watched, but never played any iteration of HALO, so I can't speak to actual game play. I can say that my kids (teenagers) really enjoy playing this game and it was money well spent in terms of them using the product. My kids rate it 5 stars.

Halo 5 Review
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great game, very addictive. The campaign is okay but can be hard to follow. Certainly purchase the game for the online gameplay. They did take out splitscreen which is horrible so I give this a 4 because of that and the okay campaign.

Very Fun Halo Game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Halo 5 is nothing revolutionary. It is Halo. If you like Halo you will enjoy the solo campaign and you will enjoy the multiplayer. They left out a few things from Halo 4 like the Forge and some multiplayer modes, but overall it is a solid game

It's just a normal halo game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game is fun, needs more variety. they did a good job with CSR ratings and the kids you play against. Although its extremely difficult to win when one teammate quits on arena multiplayer. very team oriented game. Not a big fan of the maps.

Still not Bungie, but closer than Halo 4.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Multiplayer is fun and fast. Stable connectivity with no noticeable lag. Only partway through campaign and it's decent. Still can't believe no offline co-op campaign available. Thanks, Microsoft. Bottom line: If you like Halo, get this game.
