We've had our Halo collar for a few years now, and it has been a huge blessing for our dog (and our family). Their customer service is also great, troubleshooting any issues we have had.

I was a little skeptical of this method but it really works. My dog has adapted well. I was also impressed by the prompt assistance from the "dog park" option when experiencing a gps problem. They were fast to answer and knowledgeable.

Hannah was awesome! She was able to resolve my issue very quickly. She was very polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, & professional. I’ve only had my Halo collars (2) for less than 30 days & needed a replacement strap. She got that all submitted. Hannah also provided some training suggestions. She provided more info besides what I was originally calling about. I appreciate that SO very much.

we love it. our dog love the freedom to roam and play on our property. We love the comfort of knowing he wont run into the streets. only draw backs is the lag on tracking his locations. and the large size of the collar on a med sized dog. it is not very flexible to wrap around his neck comfortably.

My interaction with Tim was GREAT, very professional as he helped me exchange my Halo 3 for the new and better halo 4, he also answered my questions as to why the collar didnt seem to interact with the beacon

Great instructions on how to train your dog, great concept for several places without having the buried wire. We did have some glitches with dog being recognized outside fence, but tech support helped solve the problem.

Logan was very patient with my questions and ability to "get it". He was very nice throughout our chat and resolved the issue I was having. I really appreciate his help!

The collar overall works pretty well. Like all gps devices, sometimes it loses a signal, or detects your dog in the incorrect location. However, the customer support is amazing. Twice I had minor issues with the contact tips, and I was able to get through to a real person (even talked via zoom) and my issue was resolved within minutes. Definitely Recommend!

We are still in the training stage with the videos/tutorials mashed the process super easy. The app is very user friendly the videos walk you through setup as well. I was having troubling with the gps and contacted halo through a video chat and sierra was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get help quickly as well

We were notified by email that two of our collars had issues. We contacted customer support and they efficiently took care of the issues by replacing our collars that were under warranty. Impressive.

We love halo. Our two labs learned very quickly. One is very stubborn and an actual escape artist. The battery life is amazing! Customer service is 10/10 not one issue since purchasing.

This collar has been wonderful! I would recommend it. I reduced one star because we recently had some technical difficulties woth it. However, Halo’s customer service was absolutely amazing. I was able to speak with someone immediately about my issue and they resolved it quickly!

I want to love these collars but unfortunately the emergency and boundary alerts go off on the dogs collars even when in the safe zone to the point where our dogs no longer use the full yard because they are scared of the collars buzzing them when they are in fact in a safe zone. The battery life on them are also not great. Be prepared to charge every night and if you forget they die midday when at work so when you get home to take them outside the collars are dead. I will say that there customer support team is nice and supportive when I have contacted them with the issues I’m having because like I said I really did want to love these collars

The Halo Collar is a fantastic product with a matching amazing customer service support team. By far the best I have ever experienced with any corporation!

We live in an area with spotty cell service (trees often block cell signal because of long distance to cell towers). As a result at times we can wait up to 10 to 15 minutes to be able to locate our dog; forget being able to rely on a digital / GPS fens. GPS on the dog collar is typically reliable because our immediate house area is open meadow. As a result we use the collar to just locate our pup; can't even consider using the GPS fence or training resources. Would be nice to have a strong direct Phone / Halo Collar connection better than wifi or bluetooth. Halo 3 is much more reliable for us than the Fi device.
