A great tool when it works correctly. However, even when it has issues, Halo support is great to work with. I would love to see intermediate prongs, and tracking history. Also a more easily adjustable collar that does not slip.

Just received the halo collar and so far so good. It involves taking the time to set up and train both you and your dog, but well worth the effort.

Halo Collar has really helped improve my dogs quality of life. The halo support staff have been wonderful in assisting with setup and a warranty replacement.

Overall, this collar would not exceed my expectations. From the beginning, we have had issues with the warning going off when it shouldn't. I finally decided to connect with customer service and was pleasantly surprised. The agent, Tim M., quickly addressed and confirmed my issues and presented a resolution. He was very precise in providing directions and walked me through every step of the process. I was delighted with the professional and pleasant demeanor of Tim, who encouraged me to contact him if the troubleshooting steps we completed did not resolve the issue.
