    I like the concept and my dogs respond well to the fence. I have had some issues with GPS location, and Halo has sent replacement collars. I’m hoping this resolves the issue.

    Support person is knowledgable, and helpful, friendly and easy to understand. However, I find the collar difficult to activate, still dog passes the fence and does not receive feedback for violating the fence GPS. I am unable to detect any warning, nor any indication the collar actived and provided a shock at the fence boundary. Have put the collar and further learning on hold as the process has been frustrating.

    I like Halo Support. Both Ricky W & Darrell R were great! I was able to video conference with Ricky W. He told me the bad news that I couldn't create a fence by walking the border. He was very helpful advising me on how to test the collar with the auto created fence. I dislike that Halo misleads purchasers by stating fences can be created by walking the fence border. This was a feature that they removed and have not updated their marketing to address it's loss.
