Great. product & excellent customer service. We have used Halo for 3 years and are very happy with it. We take it with us and set up a fence wherever we are and it works well, however, if there are a lot of trees blocking gps signal it can be intermittent. There were a few times we have needed warranty or tech support and each issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We had not used the collar in months because our dog has learned her boundaries. When we went to use it we needed to contact tech support for help to recalibrate it. Moe came online immediately, was very knowledge and within less than 5 minutes

We own 2 Halo collars for our 2 dogs. They are a fantastic product. I only wish for a little better battery life and occasionally we lose connection.

First customer call request as a new Halo collar owner -- we're still setting it up -- as I couldn't understand how certain features would function. Tim walked me through understanding it, with patience and obvious knowledge. It left me with a good feeling that this product will work well for us and that help is easily available for the inevitable questions that arise.

My guide in the dog park was Raenah. She was very knowledgeable and had a great smile. Unfortunately she was not able to help me due to the obstacles in our attached condo and lake in back of our unit. I was not able to get an acceptable screen resolution on my IPhone14. I will keep checking back with Halo as ALL of the staff very great

The Halo collar is very helpfull in tracking and keeping my dog in her protected area. Im very satisfied with the dog park.very promt and answered all questions.

Customer service is tops. Logan was so amazing, we got an old collar that had internal connectivity issues, I used the Dog Park Halo Support, joined a live session and was immediately connected with Logan on zoom, talked to him about my problems, and have a new collar coming in the mail shortly.

There was nothing wrong with the product. It was not usable with my dog.

I am very satisfied with this product as well as the customer support they provide. I have never had to wait more than one minute to speak with someone. They thoroughly go over everything with you and ensure you are doing everything correctly. You can chose to do the bot chat if you wish, but you ALWAYS have the option to speak to someone in person.

I had several questions about my Halo collar which Noah answered for me. I also wanted to know about getting replacement prongs for the collar and he helped with that. I hadn’t been able to get the sound working on my end so we did everything with texting and I would think that would be a little more difficult to do also. Good job Noah.

It's nice knowing I can see where my dog is at all times

This collar is amazing. We have 8 acres and 2 Great Pyrenees dogs. The app notifies us where they are at any time, and tells us when they have tested our perimeter fences. Even if they are doing their job and chasing a predator they will stop when they reach the boundary of our property. The customer service is great as well!

The HALO collar product works very well, when it works. I will chalk it up to my bad luck that I have had a couple of replacement collars so far. I will say that the support team at Halo is second to none. I have talked to a lot of individuals over the past year or so and all have been very helpful and took care of the problem one way or another. The last support person I spoke with was Hannah and she was wonderful to deal with

This collar is amazing for my situation. Although it is very bulky having the peace of mind knowing my dog is safe far outweighs that.

This time William A helped me get my halo collar to connect to my WiFi network. He was extremely knowledgeable as several methods didn’t resolve the issue but finally gave advice that worked. He also gave good advice on how my daughter should set up her collar on my account. Halo has the best help!8

Love this collar for our dog. Super easy to use!!!

With an acre free to roam, this collar allows my dog to wander but remain safe! It’s been a great addition to the family and allows us to travel or be used when I have to travel and my pup has to stay over at a sitters house. Quick charge, great customer support and was easy to train my pup. Will always recommend!
