This collar has been a life saver for us as we live in a woods so trying to run an underground wire would be hard. We love that you can adjust the virtual fence so any shape to prevent our dog from getting to certain areas on our property. Customer service is excellent when you need them, too! Highly recommend!

I’ve had to replace this collar 3 times already. When it works, it’s amazing. They cost too much to go out as often as they do though.

I had some initial issues with the GPS lagging but I jumped on a zoom call with Halo via Dog Park and spoke with Ricky W. He helped me understand what was happening and gave me all the potential scenarios. He helped me resolve my issue and I felt I had made a new friend by the end of our call. Great job!

Halo customer service is 10 out of 10. Very few issues with Halo products but when you do need help the wait times are short the the service is specific your need. Best part is the Zoom calls through customer service that help work through you issues quickly. I have two Halos and they work great.

Our Halo collars are indispensable for our dogs. We have (2) pit/retriever mixes. The collars allow our dogs to be untethered and experience the full space of our property without fear of them running off or losing track of them. Highly recommend the collars for those wanting to give their dogs more mobility.

Just received the collar two days ago. So far so good. A few connectivity issues but the customer service rep was right on it.

Bought two for my escape artists. The training modules were very helpful and they've been doing great! Did have a charger stop working for unknown reasons and went into the Halo Park and was assisted immediately by William A. who took great care of me! Highly recommend- worth the money.

I love the Halo collar and the convenience of setting up fences in so many different locations! The support team is also incredible when handling any questions, product issues, etc. The only thing that would make this better is continuing to upgrade satellite connections as technology makes this available- very rarely (once or twice a month), my collar reports that the satellite connection is low and my fences won’t be activated for a short period of time.

The collar is great 95% of the time. Sometimes the satellite might be obstructed and the collar might give a false correction. It's a bit complicated to set up and it's hard to have the phone connected at the time you want to make a correction, etc. It is very nice to be able to track your dog in or our of the halo "fence". I am on my second collar because the older versions didn't stay charged for a full day. The newer model stays charged for 12+ hours.

We had a collar that stopped receiving wifi and would not update. I called the Dog Park and spoke to Sierra B. She walked me through several fixes and was patient and kind. when nothing worked she helped get a replacement. Sierra understands customer service and I greatly appreciate her!

The customer service for the Halo Collar is so helpful with all of my questions. I just recently spoke to Tim, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as he walked me through a reset of my collar. I definitely recommend the Halo Collar for the customer service alone.

This collar was the answer to all of my requirements. 52 acres of containment, the dog has never crossed the virtual boundary in 4 years. The collar charges very fast and lasts all day. I couldn’t be happier

This collar overall works well. At first it would not change from wifi to cellular but after using tech support they sent an update that fixed this. So my only complaint is the static at max is not enough to ďeter my dog sometimes from just taking the max static and leaving the fence that is the only reason it is only 4 stars

We love our halo collar. We’ve had a few minor problems but overall it is has kept our puppy safe!

Troubleshooting help with Halo Collar using their online feature Dog Park is excellent. Noah, with Halo, was very professional and listened to my issue and walked me through the troubleshooting process. Noah made the process easy to understand. Thanks for the help.

We were really pleased with the excellent help Nicholas gave us as we worked to reset our dog's Halo collar. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. We've been having trouble with the GPS tracking and Nicholas gave us great suggestions. Hoping these work!

My 16 y/o labradoodle learned the system well, and within two months. Quinterrace E. (Halo® by Protect Animals with Satellites LLC) was a big help in resolving a technical issue The collar band loosens in the clip. needs daily adjustment.

We’ve had the halo 1 for pretty long while now and never used it. Was trying to set it up but couldn’t get it to synchronize. Tim did a wonderful just helping me. The warranty replacement is already in process. Same day with no issues. Thanks Tim!

I have been very impressed with Halo support over the years. My first Dog Park experience was with Ricky and it was easy and informative. If Halo continues with thier same level of support in the future. I'll be a customer for life.
