Great game, just would be nice if the disk would download the full game and multi-player together instead of some kind software use. other than that the steelbook and boxart are amazing to look at, the weapon skin is neat, and the game is very amazing to explore! Also the campaign is available in gamepass to try before you buy to see how you'll like the game and the multi-player is free to play.

I give this three stars due to the fact that a lot of content was cut from the full game but I purchased this during Black Friday sale so I picked it up just to have it in my collection with the MCC

Hats off to 343 Studios and Microsoft, as they created a game that is incredible, breathtaking, and pure fun! Embark on an immersive journey as the Master Chief, as you strive to save mankind again. The gameplay is incredibly fun, the story is an adventure, and the graphics are astounding! I highly recommend!

This is a great addition to the Halo family of games. We waited awhile for this one, but it lives up. The campaign mode is expansive and fun. You can free explore the world, or fast travel once you've reclaimed your territory. The story line, I felt, was very true to the original Halo progression and 343 did a great job with it. The graphics are awesome. Not to mention you can also play multi player matches without having to have Xbox Live Gold, which I haven't for many years. My only complaint is that the scorpion is do difficult to drive. The handling is really bad. However, I still highly recommend for any Halo fan.

Okay, so I just spent the weekend glued to my Xbox playing Halo Infinite, and I gotta spill the tea – Master Chief is back, and it's like the best homecoming ever! First things first, the graphics. Bro, they nailed it. The landscapes are jaw-dropping, and the weapons look so freaking real. I swear, the first time I saw Chief's armor glinting in the sunlight, I almost shed a tear – it's that beautiful. Gameplay? Halo Infinite is a blast. The classic Halo feel is there, but they added some new toys that are straight-up fire. The grappling hook is a game-changer. I zipped around like Spider-Man on Red Bull, snatching weapons, and sticking it to those Covenant punks. It's like they gave Chief an upgrade, and I'm here for it. Multiplayer? Pure chaos in the best way possible. It's like a mosh pit of energy swords, rockets, and Warthogs. The maps are sick, and the new game modes keep things spicy. They went back to their roots with that old-school Halo vibe, and it's nostalgic AF. Story-wise, it's kinda like, "What's happening?" at first. But as you dive in, it gets juicy. Cortana's ghost is still haunting us, and Chief is on a mission. The new characters add flavor, and the Banished? Let's just say they're the bullies you love to hate. One tiny hiccup – the campaign felt a bit short, like that class that ends before you finish your snacks. But hey, it's Halo – quality over quantity. Oh, and the music? Goosebumps, dude. That iconic Halo theme hits you right in the feels. I may or may not have used it as my ringtone. Don't judge. In a nutshell, Halo Infinite is a comeback for the ages. It's got the nostalgia, the upgrades, and that Master Chief magic. If you're a Halo fan, this is your golden ticket. Go grab it and relive the glory days – you won't regret it!

Halo Infinite has a lot to like about it since the series got back to a more orignal Halo feel. The graphics are very good if you have the GPU to push it and I like the open work to a degree. Story is good and the single player campaign on Heroic or Lengedary is very much a challenge. Multiplayer is not all that fun though. I play Call of Duty mostly but not Warzone since I am not a teenager. I dislike players having armor on armor that has to get removed before a head shot does anything and Halo Infinite is no different. Many weapons may as well be shooting blanks with how little damage they deal. Melee is very over powered and the bunny jumping from the early days is back in full swing. The maps are not interesting and the cosmetics are just dumb. I got this game for the solo campaign for the most part and that I still get good replay value out of. So if you enjoy emptying 2 mags into people or hitting them twice in the head with a sniper rifle, the multiplayer will be great too! I just don’t prefer that.

This is the best of the Halo games so far. The clarity, the weaponry, this is what we play for. The music is back! The campaign feels short, but the open world is spectacular. Come for the campaign, stay for the open world.

Halo Infinite – Standard Edition delivers everything fans love about the franchise while refreshing it for a new generation. The gameplay feels tight and responsive, with Master Chief at his absolute best. The open-world design on Zeta Halo adds a sense of freedom and exploration that feels both fresh and true to Halo’s roots. Gunplay is incredibly satisfying, the grappleshot changes combat in exciting ways, and every encounter feels dynamic. The campaign blends classic storytelling with emotional depth, and the visuals and soundtrack capture that epic Halo atmosphere perfectly. Whether you’re exploring alone or jumping into multiplayer, Infinite strikes a great balance between nostalgia and innovation. This is a must-play for anyone who’s ever enjoyed the series — a bold, beautiful return to form for Halo.

Ever since I started playing Halo: Combat Evolved in 2001, this series held closest to my heart. 20 years later this franchise still thrives despite Halo 5: Guardians' lackluster story, I am very happy to say Halo Infinite is an amazing game. Halo Infinite is (in my opinion) one of the best Halo games ever released. The story is amazing, pretty, and very emotional, being the first Halo game to make me shed a tear since Halo 3. All of the characters they introduced and all being lovable and diverse, reminds me of Halo 2's characters very much. The gameplay is perfect, the best in the series ever. The art style from Halo 4, 5, and Halo Wars 2 was not the best, but Halo Infinite returns to the original style which is wonderful. The lore is amazing and everything is perfect. Although missions are not replayable unless you want to restart the campaign, this is a bummer but most games follow this path like Destiny 2, Farcry, Assassins Creed, so most live services games. With it being a live service, I do expect story DLC to grow more like an Arbiter DLC or a Flood DLC. I love this game to death and I will for the next 10 years.

This game is amazing! It doesn’t matter if you’re OG Halo fan like myself or coming to the franchise for the first time you are going to have a great experience. The open world campaign is great and feels like a natural evolution for the series. Story is equally impressive. The multiplayer is definitely a return to what made the older halos so great. If you like FPS at all you owe it to yourself to experience this incredible game.

I should preface this by saying that I am a die hard Halo fanboy and thus that may make my review slightly biased. I didn't however like H4 whatsoever and I only liked the multiplayer in H5: Guardians. This is a true diamond in the rough. The campaign is pretty wonderful and mostly a return to what Halo was like during the Bungie years, it was also highly emotional and that sometimes takes away from the feeling of the gameplay. I won't go into details of the story due to spoilers but rest assured, you are in for a wild (albeit predictable) ride. The multiplayer (which is a separate download) is probably the most fun I have had in Halo since Halo 3. It is a mix of old Halo gameplay styles and newer Halo gameplay styles that go wonderfully with each other. That said there are cons to the multiplayer as well, including microtransactions haunting everything, aimbots and cheaters galore, and the still occasionally glitchy games (though the glitches are usually fun). All in all, I would recommend picking up Infinite. It is a great title for fans new and returning.
