I loved playing halo 1 & 2 in college and now I have 1-4 all in one box. Compaign is great and running anniversary and original at the same time reminds you of how it used to be.

I feel like this is a bargain for the campaigns alone. However this game had so many issues at launch with multiplayer matchmaking that has taken so many months to fix. I still recommend it.

I have never played Halo before this set and after going through some of the missions I can see why everyone loves this series. The multiplayer is outstanding and the campaign is solid.

You are getting 4 games for the price of one. That alone is worth it. But not only that, every game can be played exactly how they were played when they initially came out. Bring on the nostalgia.

I’m having a blast playing Halo: The Master Chief Collection. I can jump into any of the previous versions of Halo and have fun. It’s a walk down memory lane of a great game that I’ve played since it came out with the first Xbox. Even after putting gaming aside for the last few years, I found I could pick this up and start slaying Covenant forces without feeling like I needed pro-gamer skills. The cut scenes are great, and the upgrade for Series S/X is spectacular. Really nicely done.

This game is a blast from the past. The graphics are updated and it's so much fun to replay. Online is very laggy so hopefully they fix that ASAP because I want to get online!

It's the perfect combination of all the classic Halo games I grew up loving. It's an incredible price and looks great on the Xbox one.

4 games in one package. Though I must admit that I absolutely hated playing Halo 2. Couldn't wait to get through that mess. It was a bit repetitive. Overall it's definitely worth the money.

I was fully entertained playing the entire collection, I never played the original Halo games. But the best part was the remastered Halo 2!

My son wanted this game for Christmas. He really likes it. The graphics are really good, and the story is very creative.

The game is a good value if you are mostly interested in the 4 Halo campaigns, but as of this review the functionality of the multiplayer portion of the game is questionable. As a solo player the match making is tolerable, but playing with friends can be a problem, with longer wait times and unbalanced teams. The higher FPS and updated graphics are nice, but I have seen very few online matches utilizing the promised dedicated servers.

Loving this game! 343 keeps adding content to it and Halo has always been a reminder of the good ol days.

You can't beat the value for this game! Four games with halo CE and halo getting remastered and the halo 5 beta for only $60! Brings back memories from the old halo days.

I was surprised to find that this game was not only the set of the 4 games, but it also gives you a wide array of online gaming options for whichever expansion you prefer. The game play on the XBOX ONE is much smoother (online at least). I have yet to play any of the campaigns since I have been hooked on online multi-player. I mainly purchased this game to play the beta version of Halo 5 online, which was an option at time of release. Creating your own online map is also a nice bonus.

This is a collection any Halo fan should own. The re-mastering is super well done and makes Halo and Halo2 look almost up to what we see today. Glad I purchased.

4 Awesome games that helped define multiplayer match making and online FPS game modes in one package! The halo games do not need an explanation, but for review sake, they are all here and in great high definition, especially Halo 2. The single player for each game is here and only sports graphical differences that really help these older games stand out. Unfortunately, the multiplayer aspects of these games are absolutely broken. Good luck trying to find a multiplayer match and also not experience server issues. If you are looking to player multiplayer for these games, look elsewhere, for singleplayer this is a must have.

I bought this game to play coop with a friend online. I played single player for a while and it was great! The ability to switch between the new and old versions on the fly was pretty slick and it was amazing to see how far the visuals/audio have progressed. Coop works mostly but we had some issues with either me or my friend getting disconnected and then ended up playing with some gimped AI teammate. Without telling either one of us that we were disconnected. We found out when we yelled at each because we thought that they had decided to do dumb things. Overall, I would say that 4 Halo games at this price is a steal... but coop still isn't fixed.
