    HALO for all the fans

This is the collection of all the main title Halo games. Its a good collection of the history of the master chief saga. If you've never played Halo before, this is a great place to start. If you have all the Halo games, that means you have 4 games that won't work on the Xbox One, this game is worth that upgrade. You get 4 games that all look incredible. Some differences are just in the framerate, but it helps plenty that there is more horsepower under the hood on the Xbox One. XBL had troubles initially with match making, but I'm pretty sure they've worked that out by now.

Great games and all bundled into one disc. Multiplayer still has issues but getting better. Keep faith in halo fans. The campaigns are enough well worth the $60 paid. Enjoy!

    Best Game Ever

Having all 4 games on one disc is a blast, and a must have for any Halo fan. A few issues I've found with it: character customization has been minimized, and there have been some online multi-player bugs 343 is working on which has resulted in the multi-player lists being reduced to a few select for the time being. This latter issue must also include spartan ops missions, as I have not been able to find them under any menu. Other than that, gameplay is noticeably smoother than the 360 versions, and all the content from all 4 games is included. Can't wait for the halo 5 beta!

I played the original Halo, Halo 2, and Halo 3, and this version is every bit as good as the original. In fact it's probably better for Halo 1. You can hit a button and flip between the new digitally remastered graphics and the original graphics. In some things I like the original better, but for the most part, the new & improved graphics are better. This is the best video game ever!!! And you get 4 for the price of one. Plus you get the beta version of Halo 5. Except for a little language, this game is excellent for anyone from 9 to 90.

One thing I thought was really cool about the game that I did not know: Here is the list of games on the disk - Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2 (Remastered beautifully!), Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo 4. I thought there were only 4 games on there but there are 5, all but Halo Wars and Halo: Reach. Pretty great to be able to play all these on XBOX ONE now! Halo 2 was so fun to play again, and by pressing one of the buttons you can toggle back and forth between the remastered Halo 2 gameplay and the Halo 2 gameplay as you played it on Original Xbox. Nice touch!

I don't think much needs to be said about this one............. I figure most people have played Halo in the past, but these surely have major improvements over the previous entries. Most notably the signature campaign, Halo 2 and it's complete graphic overhaul. It's simply amazing how good it looks on the Xbone. Multiplayer has been having it's fair share of issues with the startup, but give it some time, I'm sure with some patches everything will be up and running smoothly in the near future.

Okay, this game didn't release in a polished state and a lot of people will remember it as a broken game at launch. However, 343 has put their blood into making this the definitive Halo collection that fans deserve. Not only does this collection contain a glorious library of incredible games, it also comes packed with improvements and features that are essential for anyone who wants to replay these classic titles.

This collection is exactly what you expect from a remake: Getting to have fun with a game the same way you did years ago, but now with some graphical updates. What sets this apart is the remastered multiplayer that was the forerunner on current online gaming and the shear amount of content this involves. I'm a Halo fan, but this gets 4 stars for the current bugs that include drop in campaign frame rate, frequent freezing, and multiplayer matchmaking issues. These issues may be fixed as updates roll out (currently 3 days after launch), but it hinders the streamlined idea of having everything available in one place.

I remember purposely buying an Xbox because Halo came out. The first time I saw the game in action I was blown away by it. I wasn't too much into the PC gaming scene and was a big Playstation player. With the Master chief collection I relive all those I have if playing through Halo CE and Halo 2 with updated graphics and it is amazing. I have not replayed the Halo 3 or 4 campaigns on the disc yet but will soon enough as those are more recent in my memory being as how they can out for the XBox 360. Overall I would recommend this game to any Halo fan especially if they are fans of the original XBox iterations.

I believe that Halo: Master Chief Collection for Xbox One was a good value for the price that I paid. For the price of one new Xbox One game, you get Halo 2, 3, and 4. You also get a new digital series called Halo: Nightfall. You also get access to the Halo 5: Guardians Beta. I previously played some of the Halo games on an Xbox 360, and I enjoyed them enough to pay for them again for my Xbox One. The graphics are much better on the Xbox One than on the Xbox 360, and I believe that Halo: Master Chief Collection was a great investment for my new gaming system.

I really do like the fact that they placed them all in one game. I'm hooked on Halo 5 so don't really play this game. What I didn't like about this is that when you are in a game and the game ends, it doesn't automatically keep you in the same selected game play and automatically load the next game. You pretty much get kicked out, chose the game play you want then hit start to load the game. Actually annoying. Not like in the past where you can end a game, walk away to do something, come back the game is ready for action. Just my opinion...

Reliving these games is such a blast! 60fps is awesome, the ability to switch between the original graphics and the newly rendered version shows you the how far this game has come, and it was great back in the day! Admittedly, I have not played multiplayer online. I have played multiplayer locally and that rocked, but it sounds like they're still having problems with the online servers. This game is totally worth the price for the fact you're getting 4 games in one, and they've said that they will throw in ODST once they're done rewriting that.. buy it!
