I was very excited to see that all 4 Halos were one disc. Being a big Halo fan, this was a definite buy for me. However, while the games itself are good, the Halo servers are terrible (at the moment). Haven't played in a while because it would take 30 minutes to 1 hour, maybe more, just to get into a game on Xbox Live. Then once you play one game, goodluck trying to play another one. It honestly been the worst launch for such a hyped up game. I would buy if you're a fan, but in terms of Live play, wait until they resolve the server issues.

Having all 4 main halo games with all sp campaigns and mp maps, including all dlc, is pretty awesome. I love that there are mp playlists that span all 4 games.

This isn't new material & while that may sound like a bad thing it isn't this is the a collection of all the games we love turned up to 11, from the graphics to the sounds all have been refreshed. If you loved Halo you are going to love this. For the negatives there aren't many, there are a lot of glitches in the multi-player at this point, I'm sure 343 is working tirelessly to fix them but they persist. Outside of that the main menu can be a bit cumbersome to navigate u til you get used to it. Outside of that, buy this. Have fun shoot your friends, shoot strangers and have a blast.

What can I say? This is a great collection of some of the best games of all time!! Huge bang for the buck!!

The Master Chief Collection is an excellent example of how HD Remasters should be done. It includes all 4 main Halo games up to this point. Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach are left out, but they do not feature Master Chief as the main character. I know the game had some problems at launch and has only recently been fixed, but this is an overall excellent purchase and has lots of value. I am enjoying playing Halo: CE again and cannot wait to dive into Halo 2, 3 and 4 again. All leading up to Halo 5: Guardians at the end of this year.

The best bang for your buck. I had the original Xbox and missed out on a lot of Halo. Now I have it all in my Xbox One and live it.

The Halo Master Chief Collection is the definitive way to play the amazing Halo Series on current generation consoles. Just be aware that Halo Reach and ODST will have to been purchased separately as DLC Content if you didn't buy this collection back on the original release day.

Bought this to run on our new XBOX ONE. We are huge Halo fans. This was a Must Buy. We are working our way forward through the first game - our goal is to play through the campaigns again from the start to get pumped up for the next Halo game release. :) Stunningly remastered graphics and game tweaks on the older Halo games. Impatiently waiting to see what the devs do with the next Halo game, taking full advantage of the XB1's graphics hardware. Bottom Line: If you like the Halo games at all, BUY THIS NOW. Master Chief says to.

Xbox One updated versions of Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4. For about 15 dollars you can get Halo ODST and Reach as DLC to round out the collection which really makes this worthwhile; especially if you can get this on sale. By default the game will want to install a roughly 90 GB patch as it's trying to install every game and each game's multiplayer mode. This can be toggled on\off in the game settings after about 5GB of the game has been installed.

Overall this collection is great. The remastered Halo 2 was some fun nostalgia. Graphic overhaul looks very good. Multiplayer is ver fun.

This game was amazing 10 years ago and it's great to see it come back. Online issues are present but I'm sure they will be fixed quickly.

60fps. 1080p. All four Halo Campaigns. Over a hundred Multiplayer Maps. This is a bargain at $60. Then you consider they added new CGI cutscenes courtesy of Blur for Halo 2 Anniversary and they redid 6 of the best Halo 2 Maps with a whole new modern engine. I expect to finish all four campaigns over the next two months and then play the HALO 5: Guardians Multiplayer Beta! Oh, it also comes with Halo: Nightfall - which explores Spartan Locke. Like I said, $60 is a bargain. If you love Halo, get ready to be get all nostalgic ;)

I have never been a Halo fanatic, but enjoyed playing the series, so decided to add the Masterchief Collection to my collection. Some of the graphic enhancements look a little odd in places where high resolution objects and textures share the screen with some that are pixelated, low res and mess with the overall effect of drawing you into an environment. Still impressive for an aging franchise, but Halo 5 will probably be the end if something new and Haloriffic cool doesn't come down the pipeline soon.

The game itself is AWESOME. I Mean, you get 4 games for the price of 1. The nostalgia of playing Halo: CE on xbox live is awesome. The games look beautiful on the xbox one. I have run into a few problems with the campaign as far as bugs and things but I am sure that those will be patched. The multiplayer on launch was/is HORRIBLE but 343 says they are releasing an update soon to fix that. For my favorite game franchise of all time I should be rating a 5 but the multiplayer is so bad right now that I should be rating this a 1. I'm giving 4 stars for the rocky release.

MCC is an amazing collection for any Halo fan. All 4 games have been improved, Halo 2 is completely remastered and looks and plays amazingly well. Halo 4 being the newest game from 360, also looks great now in 1080P. Also included is Halo Nightfall, I have not watched the series yet. I took a full point away for the broken online multiplayer at launch. It only occassionally works, and when it does matchmaking is slow. Also, there is little control of playlists and the unlocks are not nearly as well setup as Halo 4. I am hoping this will be fixed via future patches.

I originally bought this game to replay all the Halo games together in one disc on one system. I took a star away because when the game launched the online portion was horrible and even though it has been patched and it's a lot better than it was originally, however there is still work left to be done. I would recommend this game on the nostalgia factor along, this is the game that made me pick up an Original Xbox so replaying this brings back great memories. Highly recommended even with the issues still being experienced with that game (mostly have been fixed).

Halo Master chief collection is the best for any halo series or anyone new to the franchise for that matter. All games run at 1080p 60 FPS and its smooth like butter. Campaign wise that is, Multiplayer may still have a few hiccups but nothing major as these issues have been addressed by patch updates. Overall, it is an amazing game and get tons of content from the halo series. What stands out the most is Halo 2. That game was specifically remastered for the Xbox one as they never did a 360 remaster and it just shines.

I love how they upgraded the graphics from the first two Halo games. Love how all games are in one package.

I love the Halo franchise when I first experienced the first Halo game I had to have it. Having only a PS2 at the time and previously the original Playstation had to get a Xbox so I could play Halo and I've never looked back! The Master Cheif Collection is such a great bundle for fans of the gaming franchise you get to replay or experience for the first time all the Halo games with updated 1080p graphics.

Off release the game was broken, after 6 months it's playable and if you love classic halo you'll love the game. I recommend to all old Halo fans.
