The single player has worked well and has been a blast. The multiplayer simply does not work well and that's half the product. Microsoft made good by offering free odst remastered and a great map (for when mp is fixed) so 3 stars felt appropriate.

The campaign mode is great for those who haven't played through the series before. It's great even for those who have already played through the campaign before as it offers various ways to play through the missions and it includes the remastered version of Halo 1 & 2. For those of us who have already played through the campaigns, I would bet most bought this game for the multiplayer aspect. I picked up this game the day it came out and the multiplayer is still broken. It's better than it was at first due to some patches that have been downloaded, but it still has a ways to go. If you're getting this game only for the multiplayer I would advise you wait until it's completely fixed.

Combat Evolved, Halo 2, and Halo 3 look great in their remastered textures, but the online gameplay is atrociously bad. Glitches left and right, plus trying to get into consecutive matchmaking contests is a crapshoot.

I can't even begin to explain the level of peace that has graced our house since my purchase of this game! I have 2 Xbox 1 consoles, 1 for each child, and purchased one game for each kid. We haven't seen either one leave the television since! This is the cheapest vacation ever.

If you were a fan of the Halo series before, and this will make you just as happy. The cutscenes for 2 are amazing. The only thing I don't like is that some of the accolades seem generic. For example, half of the ideal scores for levels are 25,000 in 20 minutes even though all the levels are different

Honestly haven't gotten around to playing this yet. I bought this just recently when I purchased an XB1, and since I was switching from a PS4, I had missed playing Halo from my 360 days. I know I love the Halo series already, so this was a no-brainer.

Was able to pickup this game the day it came out. Unfortunately this is littered with bugs and campaign is unplayable. Hopefully after time 343 will patch and fix everything and make this into a great that it should be. Until then, hold off.

I have been waiting to get this for years and I am not Disappointed. It is even better cause it is backwards compatible. This brings back good memories of beating the game.

I like that you can play with a 4 player split screen option at home or online. That is one of the positive aspects with this game. Most games these days do not offer options like this, which is kind of a bummer especially, if you just want to play with your family at home.

It's every mainline Halo game + multiplayer modes ever made. Yes it is on gamepass, but for cheap this is a great physical game to have if you love Halo and somehow don't have it already.

I enjoy this game with my 10 year old son. It has the right amount of difficulty while not being too bloody so kind of suitable for the pre-teen. Good step up from plants vs Zombies Garden warfare which we both still believe is a one of the best games on XBOX One!

My husband convinced my daughter to play this game with him and now she loves playing halo with him! I like that it's a team effort and they like to play together as a team. In my opinion It's not too violent for my 11 year old. Great family game!

Technology is amazing, the future possibilities of video games is just cray. The design, graphics and character abilities in this game are truly "futuristic". This is my favorite Halo game since it all began back in 2001 on my xbox. They have created yet another gem for this Halo franchise.

Great collection they definitely enhanced the visuals while keeping the feel of the originals.

If you are a fan of the Halo universe then I recommend this game. It was buggy at first but the latest patches have fixed that. How can you pass up a chance to own all four Halo games in one. Plus this will give you practice for the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians.

I bought this game as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. He has every other Halo game there is for his XBOX 360. So I got him the only one available for his new XbOXone. He plays it every chance he can and really loves it. I believe it was a fantastic purchase.

Fun game and just like I remember it, I've been playing through the campaigns and its fun seeing them all again. Only problem is the multiplayer takes a while to match and coop isn't very stable which is why I gave it 3 stars

If you have never played the Halo games, it is a great deal. If you are looking to replay them, it is still a good deal. If you are getting it for multiplayer, wait till it goes on sale. The multiplayer matchmaking work terrible. It takes 5 minutes or more to get into a match, every time!

This game was one I had hope to relive my you get days on. However thanks to 343 and their large number of problems the game has been unplayable for awhile. They continue to update only to need another update. A broken product.
