This is a great collection that spans two consoles and what seems like a lifetime of gaming. All the major Halo installments on one disc is quite an achievement. The campaigns are done excellently, and I can't say much about online because I'm waiting to finish the story modes before I go online. Honestly, it is very disheartening due to the fact that many people purchased an xbox one just to play this. I, myself have been a halo lover since ce on the original xbox. I'm OK with multiplayer not working since campaign was flawless, and honestly never had so much fun playing a video game for a long time. At 60fps, 1080p resolution, 4 games, it's a must have for any xbox owner.

For the price of this game, it's a great deal. All 4 games run the way I remember them from when they first came out, and the updated graphics make it even funner. I didn't really buy this for the multiplayer, so I can't say much about it besides it being slow, because I really bought it for the sheer novelty of having the games that I enjoyed throughout my childhood, IN ONE DISC!

Such a great value. All the Halos and all the multiplayer attached. Worth it.

I am a huge fan of the Halo franchise and these 4 games when released were all amazing to me. The campaigns are still great, however the multiplayer has been broken since day one. 343 industries has released numerous patches in attempts to fix the game, but so far none have completely done it. That said I would still get this game for the campaigns alone. Especially if you have never experienced these games.

These games are why I bought my original XBox a long time ago. I love these games and love that they updated the graphics. It's like playing a new game all over again. My kids are just now getting into gaming and they love playing as Master Chief. I'd recommend this version to anyone who loves the original release and wants to relive it again.

Despite all the complaints from the community,I am enjoying the game. I have only played the single player campaign, but it runs smoothly for me. I cannot comment on the multiplayer, since I have not even tried it. Butt if you enjoy halo campaigns you can't go wrong with this. Better graphics and frame rate all in one package.

I recently replayed through all campaigns with this game, and the experience was wonderful for scratching my nostalgia itch. The texture updates help modernize the game without compromising the feel, the toggable textures are cool, and the customization options are extensive. Immense value here.

I bought this for my wife; she's the rapid gamer of the family. She played the original Halo to death. The graphics in this latest bundle rock our 4K TV. So far she's completed Halo 1 and moved on to Halo 2 and loving it. Hours and hours of fun are in store for her.

4 games and a beta for 60$ is an amazing deal. Yes there are bugs but they will be fixed.

Unfortunately, the online multiplayer is riddled with issues and complications. I find it aggravating waiting to be set up in an online lobby with other players after every match is completed. I love the concept of the game and I do enjoy having all of the single player games included on one disc, but I am underwhelmed overall.

This is a great bundle in itself instead of keeping the old cases and discs lying around with the bonus of playing it all on one console. I would say that this isn't necessarily a must-have at full-retail. It was nostalgic to play the older games again but was reminded why these are considered 'classics'. The gameplay and replay value is low on this set, I would just consider this as a collection piece.

Halo has always been good. I've played every halo that came out but I was very disappointed with how the MP is haunted by all these bugs still months after the launch I love playing halo I grew up playing halo but 343 need to get there s**t together and fix it. The games are still fun you have just blame the developer why it's still broken. The reason I'm giving it a 4 of 5 cuz of the MP still broken.

For any Halo fan I would have to say this is a must buy. They bring back some classic multiplayer experiences and bundle all the campaigns into one place. Fun game to play with friends. My only complaint would be that they occasionally have issues with multiplayer connectivity. Things have been much better recently, but I still sometimes have trouble finding matches and their can be lag issues.

Finally got my XBox, and this was one of the first games I had to get. There is so much to play, this one disc will last for a very long time, and that's not counting the multi-player content! Hadn't played Halo for several years, not since the original on my PC. I love this franchise and I'm glad that I'm able to continue on with the story of Master Chief.

If you are a halo fan...it's a must own! The matchmaking is having issues as 343 went a little ambitious with every individual game playlist running on their own dedicated servers, but they'll straighten it out. In the mean time replay the 4 campaigns and relive the old gaming FPS days. I would definately recommend to anyone looking for a game with a ton of replay value.

I am a die hard halo fan and picked this game up day one. I love everything about it but at the time of this review the multiplayer issues are horrendous. Trying to find a game takes forever! I wish they would have delayed this game until they knew for certain that multiplayer would run smoothly. Overall I would recommend this game to anyone that likes halo but just be aware of the matchmaking issues.

I bought this because I was excited for Halo on the Xbox One. They polished Halo 2 up real nice, but Halo is the exact same as the anniversary edition. And Halo 3 and 4 didn't get much treatment but it is nice to play at 60fps. Multiplayer is useless still but I like the story enough to be playing through the campaigns again.
