If you are one of the few people who have never played Halo (myself included) the Master Chief Collection is a great game to get as it comes with all of the games necessary to get a firm holding on Master Chief's world. Multiplayer isn't really much of a focus as it takes forever, still, to find a match but the singleplayer campaigns are fun to play through with friends.

I loved playing the campaign of the game. Loved the graphics.

The true definitive collection for any Halo fan. Plays as smoothly as all the original titles and then some. Plus the convenience being on one console saves time from swapping disks. Updated graphics are the cherry on top of this classic.

I like that the control set up carries over to each game (for the most part) and the graphics are great on the original Halo. Campaign is all I have been playing and it takes me back 20 years ago!

I loved playing Halo back on the original Xbox. I still have the original game, but no console to play it on. This collection gives me the opportunity to play it again (and remastered) and relive the memories. Having most of the other games in the series in this collection makes it worth even more.

If you're looking to buy this game strictly for online play, don't do it. There are so many problems going on that make it difficult to get into a match. However, if you are looking to buy this game as a nostalgia trip to take you back to the games you grew up with this is the game for you. The remastered halo 2 campaign was phenomenal and well worth the price in my opinion.

Great collection of the start of my first person shooter games, I like that you can start playing any section of any of the games. If your a Halo fan or never played it and want to this is a must own to start from the beginning.

This game has great graphics and its very challenging at times. The only problem is that it tends to stop working when you play co-op with someone else and when you get to certain points in the game. Glitches. Then you have to start over at the beginning, or save and play as a single player and then once you get past that point, then you can go co-op again. Frustrating...

The HALO Series is my favorite game of all time and having them all on one disc for this new Xbox One S is wonderful. I had bought them individually and spent a lot more money in the past for other units. Having these all in one location makes playing so much easier. The price is great considering everything that you get.

It was a huge download (70GB). Not surprised since it’s 4 games in one. Campaign is what you’d expect from a Halo game. Online multiplayer is tough because it takes a while to find a game, then the games you do find are filled with hardcore players. I bought this so I could play LAN with four other consoles. It does the job perfectly.

This is a great value with four games. The graphics upgrade was fantastic

I love being able to just switch between games. And having the playlists that are all Flood levels, or epic battle level, it’s a lot of fun. I don’t like restarting all the skulls and old achievements, but it’s kind of fun doing some of them again.

Little trouble getting into games online, but a lot of fun for Halo fans

I love the Halo Series. I will say as far as continued interest, Halo has always had mine and has continued to be a constant reason to have and Xbox of any kind. The cleaned up visuals, the enhanced gameplay, I really enjoy revisiting this series from beginning to end and catching things I may have missed when I was younger.

I've always loved the Halo games and still do so I am very excited to play them on my XboxOne. There is a really cool feature where you can press select in the campaign mode and it switched between the old and new graphics. My one problem (and why I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars) is the multiplayer online, it is not working, they need to get on that because I miss SWAT

Multiplayer issues notwithstanding, the Master Chief Collection is a solid package of fantastic games that you can enjoy on your current gen console. As an achievement hunter (much to my dismay), this game is just insane, chasing those unlocks over the 4 games and various difficulties; mix in skulls and terminals and you have a fully-packed primer for Halo 5.

All four halo games with Master Chief on one console running at 60fps? Halo 2 Anniversary with completely remastered gameplay and cutscenes? New halo live action series Halo:Nightfall? Over 100 multiplayer maps? The answer to all those questions is YES! The real question is, why are you still reading this when you could be buying this game?
