Even for the standard price of a new game, having all 4 Halo games in one package, in HD, is an awesome deal. Access to Halo 5 beta and Nightfall are great additions that make this more than just a repackaged Halo as well. Looking forward to reliving the classics on XBone/XBLive until the sequel finally rolls out!

If you grew up playing Halo like I did, you like love this collection of all the Halo games. The updated graphics for Halo and Halo 2 look great on current gen and Halo 3 and 4 graphics hold up as well. The ability to which between the old graphics and new is a nice option too. Highly recommend if you love Halo.

This is just a great experience, especially if you've played Halo before. If not, it's a great way to experience the Halo franchise in excellent quality. One tip for playing through the Halo 2 Anniversary Campaign: start it in single player mode, otherwise you'll miss the first two chapters and related videos.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband, who has been a Halo and Xbox fan since the beginning. He loves the enhanced visuals of the original game. And even though he has all of the other Halo games separately, he loves having the Master Chief anthology altogether.

I never played any Halo games so, when this nice little package came together I decided to give it a shoot. This game is especially good for those who never owned any of the games. You get all of the Halo games for the price of one. The graphs are good and the game play is great. There are a few glitches in the game but it's not to bad.

Updated and ported for the Xbox 1, this collection is a must for fans of the Master Chief. The original trilogy, plus Halo 4, like you remember but better. The multiplayer versions are a blast. My favorite game of the franchise, Halo 2, looks, sounds, and plays wonderfully on the next gen system.

This game is best played with buddies. Really wish Halo 1&2 were more than two player coop though, alas, it is still dynamite fun. The upgraded graphics really put the spark back into the game, and the cutscenes in halo 2 oh my god are they amazing!!

I held off on buying this for a while as initial reports balked at the plethora of issues. It's seems 95% fixed now. I got kicked out of the campaign a few times between loading screens. MP still has issues here and there, but overall a lot of game for the money.

The only reason I purchased this game was for the first 3 installments of halo. You can compare the differences from the original halo & halo 2 graphics to the Xbox one and it looks amazing. Def recommend this to anyone who grew up playing halo ten years ago or newbies who want to expirence it from the start.

Halo Master Chief Collection Rocks! You have all the previous series games that continue to give you hours of gameplay! Get this series!

Love the Halo 2 Anniversary, very nostalgic to go back to those maps. You can switch back and forth to the beautiful remastered version and the classic version seamlessly. So if you want to really go back and play it like is was on original Xbox all you have to do is press the select button on the controller.

I was first introduced to Master chief when I purchased an Xbox 360. Halo 4 came with it. It's been fun going back to the beginning. The graphics have improved so much. I really suck at this game but luckily my daughter is an awesome gamer she gets me through the hard parts. Buy it you will like it.

This game has all of the first 4 halo games included and they are all fun to play. Halo 3 was my favorite to play besides Halo Reach, which is not included in this package. I waited for a long time for this game to go on sale and it finally did. I am glad I waited.

Main reason I bought this game was to relive the halo campaigns and try out the halo 2 remake. Additionally I never played the Halo 2 campaign so I look forward to it. The multiplayer however is a disappoint sad issue, and it won't probably ever be fixed with their 343 studios work force placed at halo 5

Woohoo what a deal! This is great to have all these games in one place! Buy it! HALO is a game changer and to have the fill set, just, wow. It'd be nice to have REACH in there too, and the original halo, and what is CE, I dunno I will enjoy it, this game cam live in my console forever!

I had such high hopes when i bought this game. I have always been a huge halo fan so i was looking forward to playing these games again. There was issues with online matchmaking when this game first came out and I'm not sure if they have been fixed since. It made this game unplayable for me at first. Hopefully it is corrected now

So color my review as more single-player focused. It looks and sounds fantastic, 3 was a pleasure to see with new paint. I haven't played too much multi, I play Warframe/Titanfall for shooting people. The sound is excellent in the 2 redo, sings with what sounds like more nuance. Sadly, The Library still sucks, but it kinda has to.

I grew up playing all of the Halo games. I played since Halo came out when I was in kindergarten. This is an amazing idea to put all of the games onto the same console. I loved the older Halo games, but I wasn't really going to pull out my original Xbox to play them. All of the games are amazing.

The Master Chief Collection is easily one of the greatest values you can get in a single CD just because of the fact that you can have 3 classic Halo games with world renown multiplayer. All games run at a smooth 60 fps, which already makes it more fluid and seamless than most other games on the Xbox One.

For the longest time Valve's the orange box was the best collection of games in history but this collection dethroned the king. Play it and re-love the Halo series all over again.
