The definitive collection for any Halo fan. 343 has clearly written a love letter to Halo fans in what is the most expansive edition put out. You can't go wrong with the anniversary editions of Halo: CE and Halo 2 along with updated versions of Halo 3 and 4 all in glorious 1080p/60fps. Incredible value, would strongly recommend.

I've been a Halo fan ever since the original was released in 2001. Here we are in 2015 and the franchise is still going strong. This is actually a 4-in-1 game with Halo 1-4 included. The campaign graphics and cinema are beautifully rendered here and, of course, the multiplayer is back. I can't wait for Halo 5 later this year.

This game collection is reason enough to own an Xbox One. Halo continues to be brilliant fun, and they've done a great job updating the older games to look and run smoother. The value present in this collection is obvious - 4 complete games, plus for $5 you can also add Halo ODST as well (online from Microsoft).

I love that I'm able to play all four Halo games I was only able to play up to the third game. I did not have chance to play the anniversary of the first halo but I'm playing right now it is very great and it even lets you play like classic view or the the anniversary one option it very nice and I love it.

Halo 1-4 all on one disc with great game play across all four. Only thing missing is an updated Halo 3 and Halo 4 using the Xbox One's Hardware capabilities. Halo: The Master Chief Collection is a great trip back into the past for the Halo series. The remastered version of Halo 2 with the updated graphics is stunning.

I had never played the Halo games before so when this went on sale I picked it up. Got four games for less than $20. On Halo 2 you can flip between the original and the new graphics. What a difference! Fantastic game play and a great deal for four full length games. Be aware there is a really large patch to download right away.

Bought this to introduce my son to the Halo Universe. It has made him as interested in Halo as I was when Halo: CE first came out for the original Xbox. I also like how they invested some time into including the Anniversary Editions, remastering the first two titles to give them a great visual overhaul.

Bought this on a whim as I've played the entire series a few years ago, and hadn't played Halo 4 yet!! Great way to consolidate discs into one! And fun to be able to pick and choose which mission you want to choose to play without having to play through the entire game! And you can skip the cut scenes!

What is there to say- a remastered version of my childhood...with the ability to switch between original or new quality...amazing. Add in that there are what, 5 or 6 games included- this is a no-brainer. Buy it.

Microsoft has outdone themselves with The Master Chief Collection. Not only do the games look far better than their earlier counterparts, but you also get the multiplayer across all games. Coming in 2018, you’ll be able to experience this game with XBox One X Enhancements!!

Love this collection! So many great memories and having Halo and Halo 2 remastered (graphics etc) is worth it just for those two. Only downfall is online play. Players basically have maps memorized to a "T" so it's hard to have a level playing field even though they "balance" the teams by rankings.

If you want to relive the classics and enjoy a good couch coop, this is it. The campaign is still fun as it once was. The multiplayer options didn’t change either, which is good if you enjoy pvp on your couch. Few people still play this online so I would only get it if you plan on playing locally.

The updated graphics look great and the games play great as expected. Problem is with the multi-player which is a joke even days after release. I maybe have been matched and completed a match only a handful of times. Inexcusable for a halo game, but I have full confidence it will be resolved. Until then I give the game 4 out 5 stars.

Pretty great game. Although i havent been able to figure out local multi player yet... kind of frustrating. Overall a great game though. Although apparently Best Buy uses a delivery company that goes by "LSO". I got the delivery driver on my doorbell throwing the game at my front door (knocking the disc loose)... it apparently didnt LAND where he wanted it to so he kicked it. Emailed the video to LSO, and got an initial response followed by nothing but ignored emails. So if Best Buy is going to be using these people then i definitely i won't be ordering from them anymore.

Four games in one is an amazing deal It's great seeing all 4 ramped up to 1080p and some in 60 fps, now if only they could fix their servers, so you could actually play a game. As of now, it's horrible to get anywhere because 343 is really dropping the ball right now.

Halo 2 looks good. The game play is the same as the original. The original Halo game play was better with the bungie virsion not 343 studios. Thought they would have fixed the lag in combat evolved. As for halo 3 and 4 haven't played yet. But the layout for the game is great and the setup for night fall and Halo channel is great.

I bought this not knowing how the quality of gameplay would be as it is a collection of the original Halo games remastered for XBOX ONE. I was surprised at how cleaned up and the controls are easy to navigate. The game play is effortless and a non gamer can pick this up and have fun with it.

This is a great game, well, collection of games actually. I would recommend this to a first time halo player or someone new to the series. I just wish the online matchmaking system was better. For now, knowing how much gameplay I can get out of this and the greatness of the campaign I give it 5 stars.
