It works great and is much less expensive than it's competitor. I was leary, but it's been very friendly to use. Also, on the Bold setting for the carafe, I use one less scoop of coffee per carafe than in my old coffee maker.

Love this dual mode coffee maker. It does the job nicely using both and looks stylish doing it. When it's time to upgrade we always get a HB and haven't been disappointed.

I had the old HB coffee maker which I enjoyed, when my good coffee maker went out without a doubt I knew I would definitely purchase another Hamilton beach coffee maker. I recommend this product.

This is a great product. Dual function replaces two coffee makers. And I like that there is no standing water in the single cup side, so I know the water is fresh every time.

I live all the options that this comes with. Clock, programmed brewing, auto shut off.... an option to brew the coffee stronger. K Cup or pot. This coffee pot is awesome and makes a great cup of coffee

So far we are loving this coffee maker. It's versatile, easy to use, and looks great on the counter. I love that I'm able to make a full pot, or just a small cup using k-cups if we want a different flavor or something quick.

Super simple, it makes coffee, for one or for several. I enjoy having that option. Super easy to maintain & operate but I can't for the life of me understand why they cost so much. All in all, I think it's great & would definitely recommend this product.

Had purchased this unit about a month ago and Im very pleased with it's performence and quality. Very easy to use and clean. I like the potion of being able to brew both one at a time or a pot for a more than one.

Nice versitale coffee maker. Water containers are separated. 14 oz water container for k cup and 12 cup container for carafe. It does have a warmer to keep the carafe coffee hot. Easy to use.

This is the perfect coffee maker because when you work nights instead of making a whole pot I could just make a cup love my coffee maker. And then I set the timer for my husband so when he gets up is coffee is ready for him

Never did I think that this dual coffee maker would be an amazing addition to my home. It's so easy to use. Make wanting to make coffee so effortless... do t know why I hesitated before. This is amazing. Highly recommend it

Love this dual purpose coffee maker for single or carafe . Also comes with by the cup holder for single cup which makes it a better deal since you can brew individual cup for cheap.

Made the decision to purchase a dual duty coffee maker. So glad I did, it covers everyone. If you only want a single cup or if you need a whole pot! Super easy to operate and accommodates all your needs.

Basically on one side is a traditional drip coffeemaker. Good size pot. On the other side is a kcup maker. It also makes single serve with regular coffee grounds. Easy to function and easy to clean. Worth every penny

This a great coffee maker, looks great at the kitchen, makes good coffee and give you the flexibility to brew a whole pot or a single cup. It works perfect, not a single complain about it.

This is great for me and my Fiance' as she would drink decaff and I drink a stronger brew. Makes it easy for her to have a pot and me to put my k-cup in and run out! Highly Recommended

I really like being able to do a single cup during the week before work. But on the weekends I can brew a pot. Love the flexible options. Second one I purchased. The old one lasted over 9 years.

Okay coffee maker for the price. The single cup feature allows you to avoid expensive "one serving" purchases by adding a filter for your coffee. The opening for the single serve option is a bit small and you sometimes spill water. When brewing regular strength, it is about as fast as other makers, but brewing "bold" is sloooowww. Overall, though, it is acceptable, and clock is really easy to set. Have not used the preset feature so cannot comment on that. Like other makers, when using the pause and serve function, you always get a drip onto the hot plate--seems unavoidable. I can live with the maker. It is a good brand and works well.

Sometimes you feel like a keurig.... not really.. but wife does. i am a pot type of guy.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
