I like it so much better than the Keurig machine, I am able to do regular coffee for the whole work staff and if I want something else for myself I can change it up! I haven't had any problems, and everyone loves it

I'll never seen another coffee maker from now on. Love it. Make a pot or just a single cup. With a single cup you can either use pods or ground coffee. Comes with both cups to do either one.

Convenient for a full pot or just a cup. Programmable and works great. Use it every day and not a problem at all after several uses. I would purchase this again.

Having the single pods and my coffee pot has worked great for the family. No issues at all and even have a second unit others in the family have used at times - a great product overall.

I bought this coffee maker for mother’s day/birthday present and my parents can’t get enough of it. It’s simple and easy to use. And that’s probably the best part since my parents and technology don’t get along so well.

This coffe maker overall is a great coffe maker, easy to use and a bright display, the only problem I see with it is that its hard to push the single cup lid down when puncturing the Kcup, its like the needle should be sharper.

I love having the option to either make a individual k cup or a whole pot. It's pretty easy to clean and maintain this machine. I've had it for a year without issue

We had a Flex Brew for many years. It finally got worn out. We replaced it with the same model. It works great as usual. I highly recommend it.

I now have options for my morning coffee, I can use k cups or coffee grounds. It’s also very quick and has brewing options sturdy buttons and makes my coffee making experience so much better.

I bought this specifically because of the options of doing a full carafe of coffee or a single cup, AND because you could choose between K-Cups or ground coffee. And it DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!

The single cup or whole pot selection is nice. Allows you to use your favorite coffee brand without the k-cup price. Nothing over the top amazing.....but does a good job making coffee. Switched from a keurig to this coffee maker.
