Have been using this for about a month now with no issues. Makes a great pot of coffee, or you can use a k-cup. I prefer the pot as I like my coffee a bit stronger than most.

We drink a lot of coffee, so we usually make it by the pot. But we have the option of making one cup at a time, with a K cup or grounds. It's really great when one person wants decaf!

Coffee brews very slowly on the single serve side (approx 3 to 4 mins.) and the amount per cup is based on how much you put into the tank each cup. It seemed difficult to pour water into the single serve side without spilling water on the counter or the coffee maker. The coffee does not seem hot enough on the single serve side (I am used to Keurig). It was also loud compared to other single serve makers I have had. The carafe side performed as expected so no complaints there. The warmer is a nice feature (and the reason I considered this maker) but with that said, since most of the time I make single serve I returned the unit.

I have enjoyed my coffee maker since a can switch for K-pods to regular coffee maker , easy to use, only thing is that you must refill the water for the K-pods every single use there is no container for multiple uses.

Its not difficult to program and both sides work perfectly. k cup option is so cool and easy to use has very good prog to turn on in am without having to worry just love this coffee maker.

Excellent product. It is very versatile allowing regular coffee pot brewing, kcup brewing and the ability to use your own coffee in a kcup adapter.

This is a pretty clever coffee pot. Allows me to either make an entire pot or utilize the k cup portion if I'm in a rush. If you use the bold strength, it does take longer to brew but definitely worth it.

Great coffee maker! I love that I can make just a cup if I choose so I always have a fresh cup available without making a whole pot. Coffee is hot and good!

I drink my coffee black and by the tanker. The wife loves her specialty coffees, but only one in awhile. This is the best of both worlds in one unit. Great product, absolutely no complaints.

Excellent coffe maker does jcups and single loose coffee and whole pots also a setting to make it a bolder brew great makers would buy another if I needed two

This is the perfect solution for single serve and full carafe coffee maker. Some brands don’t have a timer but this one does and best price around.

I’m very happy I bought this coffee maker. I love that I can either brew a pot or single cup. It took a little trial & error to brew on the “bold” setting and have the flavor I wanted.

Easy to use, can setup for automatic brewing in the carafe or single cup. Works with with filters and bucket or pods, still working like a champ!

It takes a little longer to brew a single cup than my old Keurig, but really like this one as it gives you options for a full pot or a single cup.

This this works great and makes good coffee. At least that is what my wife says. :) As an added bonus is takes up less counter place than the two devices it replaced.

Love this coffee maker. My husband can get up and have his coffee ready and waiting for him. The two coffee machines in one is the best.
