This is a great coffee maker. Use the k-cup part daily and the large pot when we have guests. Such a great value for a low price.

Best coffee maker I have ever owned. K-cup, standard ground, tea bags, even hot cocoa ... this machine handles it all without any issues.

I've used both the cravat and single serve, both work great be it with K-cups or filling the included single serve cup with your own loose coffee.

This has been awesome for our family. I like I can setup the timer for a 12-cup Pot of Coffee to brew in the morning and still access the Singles Cup maker if I want to do something a bit different for myself. Now, please be advised you can't do both at the same time. You do one or the other with the simple push of Carafe or Single Cup Button. We also use filtered water because regular tap will eventually clog up your coffee lines and poof you find your buying one of these.

I bought this coffee maker for versatility and to minimize the countertop space used. I really like that you only add the amount of water you need for a single K-cup serving. I already have filtered water from the fridge, so can't see re-filtering standing water in a Keurig machine. Plus, I like the ability to brew up to 12cups at a time when needed. I have owned a previous (much older) version of this Hamilton Beach product, and the quality improvement for this new machine is really great.

I have really enjoyed my coffee maker. I love the fact I can make a whole pot or just a cup for me. Also like the ability to use k-cups or a coffee of my choice!

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my grandson. He loves the option of a single cup of coffee or a pot when they have guests over.

We have limited counter space so it’s great having both a carafe and singular cup in one unit. It so easy to set up, both to brew and the timer.

Coffee maker had an initial plastic taste but after three or four uses it has been gone. Able to pour with little to no leaking from the carafe.

This is a replacement for an older Hamilton Flexbrew- they have made some changes to it from the older model- I like the changes and it works as described

I love this coffee pot simply because it has the option to make one cup of coffee or u can make a pot of coffee if you have company over

Great machine, as I can either brew a full pot (12 cups) or one 14 oz cup. Which is perfect for my travel mug which is 14 oz. and it will fit under the single, just have to pull out the removable cup rest (which stores the extra parts). Love the auto-brew feature. It is worth the extra bit to upgrade to this instead of just a regular coffee maker, as the singe brewing cups come in such a variety of coffee's and teas.

My wife loves it. She makes coffee everyday and it very nice. Fast at brewing and easy to use. Definitely recommended

Easy to operate. This model is a little different than the previous I bought. Like the storage unit. Does not "ping" when coffee is ready.
