It's so easy to use!! My husband likes regular coffee and I like flavored coffee from time to time and this machines makes us both very happy!!!

Have started to drink coffee everyday because it has made coffee easy to make and makes moderation easy . The pot works great and easy to clean

Have only had this coffeepot for about a month. Have had Bunn pots for several years.but it seems the quality has went downhill. A full pot is about 7 minutes slower than the Bunn,but 10 or 11 minutes isn't bad.Like the ability to make k cups or single cups of my own ground beans. Instructions say you can only use 10 ounces of water with k cups, but I use 12 frequently.,no problems dont know why they say only 10 ounces.no problems so far, guess time will tell I would reccomend taking the 2 year replacement warranty, could well be worth the 15 bucks

This is better than my old keurig. I was determined to buy a keurig then I saw this coffee maker and was happy that I made this choice instead!

We love this coffee maker. So nice to have both options. Simple to use. Coffee tastes great, either by the pot or single cup. Highly recommend.

Really didn't want to buy another Keurig but this enabled us to have the best of both worlds.. and no issues like we have with every Keurig we've owned.

You can program the carafe to brew anytime you want. Also takes the k cups, best of both worlds; to be able to brew a single cup or a carafe

2 in 1, easy to operate, brewed or cup works perfectly, the only issue is every time you make coffee you add/put water exactly the amount that you need.

Used this for about a week. Made full pot, K cup and single serve. All were very good. The bold brew does take a bit longer but is worth the wait

It's a gem. I wanted both options for brewing coffee(Keurig and carafe) and it worked out like a charm and less than 100 bucks.

It is easy to use and is flexible. Would like to have the carafe on and still be able to use the one cup simultaneously.

I thought this was a good idea to have both types of coffee makers since the Kuerig machine is all the rage. Truth is we hardly ever use the single serve. The bad...1.) Slow to brew a pot of coffee ( 10 ) cups in 15 minutes. 2.) First one returned because of leak. 3.) Recently the clasp that holds the brew arm up out of the way fell off. The Good... coffee is hot and tastes good ( AS IT SHOULD ) . Can not recommend. Be sure to get extended warranty.

Consistent performance. Easy to program. Heater base is a little too hot causing coffee to bitter a bit too quickly.

My Hamilton Beach - FlexBrew 12-Cup Coffeemaker has been the best even surpassing my Kureig . It works well because we sometimes want a pot of coffee.
