My son & his wife own this machine & have used it for over two years. Needed something that would last and could be used with ground coffee or pods. This works well in the morning I make a pot of coffee for husband and I. It stays hot for about two hours. Throughout the day Hubby can make his own single cup. Also like that I can enjoy flavored coffees

Love this coffee machine

Great coffee for a year thus far

Works great. I have used the single coffee brewer about 3 times a month. It works wonderfully, with k-cups, hot chocolate, and tea. The only thing you have to be careful about is removing the carafe during the brew cycle. If you pull it straight out you will get a few drips on the heating plate. If you pull it out just a bit and wait a couple of seconds and then pull it the rest of the way... no drips.
