Neat appliance

The water heats up quickly and you only have to press the KCup side button once to get a hot cup of coffee. My previous kCuo pot had to be pressed tow times - once to warm the water and again to brew. Love it

Great variety

The program function is great for those mornings when making coffee before drinking it seems like a little bit of ironic cruelty. I only wish the power cord was longer.

I almost bought a more expensive product but this does exactly what I want. Though I have forgotten how to program a pot of coffee to brew hours down the road. My recommendation is to use all the functions early on so you get how to operate all the functions early and then you won't need to rely on the instructions.
