We are so happy with this purchase ! There is the option to brew a big pot of coffee for the household or just one cup if everyone wants variety . We also like programming the coffee maker at night for the next day. Nice to wake up to the smell of a fresh pot of coffee .

great product, I have been looking for this type of product but didn't want to spend $200 for the Keurig one - found this gem on the site and all I can is that with the dual water tanks , it certainly is performing beyond the expectations I had. So far no issues at all.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my parents and they love it. They make a pot of coffee in the morning and various k cups throughout the day. As long as you follow the easy cleaning instructions, you’ll have no issues.

does what I need it to do love the option for single cup

We had the Keurig model that did both before and it was terrible. The coffee pot would only fill half way up and not stay hot. After a couple of weeks, the K-pod part stop brewing. Luckily, Best Buy has a great return option. They were very nice and helpful.

I love this coffee machine. It makes 1 quick (flavored k-cup or coffee grounds of your choice) cup of coffee for me before work, yet let’s my mother-in-law (who lives with us) enjoy her coffee all day long by making a pot of coffee! Best part is, no counter clutter with 2 different machines!!!!

I love the fact that my husband and I can do a single brew during the week before we head off to work. The carafe brew comes in handy when we host friends and family for special occasions.

It’s your standard coffee maker with a k-cup brewer attached. It’s cool to combine two makers into one! I thought we would use the k-cup more but having it just in case is nice. Best feature is the auto-brew timer. Not many other bells and whistles a besides selecting “bold” or “regular”

I purchased this to replace an older Keurig. Wanted a device that could give me back the full pot of coffee I came to miss but also allowed for a single cup when wanted. This has delivered wonderfully would recommend to anyone who has used a Keurig but wants more flexibility.

Love this coffee maker. choices! single Keurig or full pot. if in a hurry, Kureig works great...if not, full pot gets us through morning work week. all work excellent. easy to maintain and clean. absolutely love the auto brew and timed function. i wish i would have bought this sooner.

This coffeemaker worked OK, but after having it for about 6 months, the single coffee (keurig) side stopped working. I had to return it. I did like having the option of brewing a single cup or a whole carafe.

We bought the unit last May. It worked wonderfully on both the carafe and single cup sides until last month. Leaked water on carafe side. Owned and used it great for nine months. Didn't buy the protection plan. Suggest others do so.

Love, Love this coffee maker. It so happen when I bought it I decided not to get the warranty and when I continue using it. I decided to go back and purchase the warranty. It is worth it. I love the idea that I brew one cup on one side and on the other side up to 12 cups.

This product is perfect. It meets both my needs as far as being able to have a full pot of coffee for everyone and then the option of making tea, hot chocolate, or different coffee for others using the k-cup option. It is wonderful.

This is our second Hamilton Beach pot and single coffee maker. I didn't give five stars because the single broke down on our fist one. I have high expectations for this one. We really like that you can control the amount of water for a single cup and also use your own coffee.

If you want a kcup machine and a regular coffee machine, this is the one for you. I have had it for a while now and I still use it everyday. I got rid of my Keurig and my coffee machine since I got this one. A space saver for sure.
