This is exactly what I have been wanting a coffee machine that has everything that I need. I can make a full pot or just one cup via pod or with ground coffee. absolutely perfect for me.

This coffee maker is the talk of Sunday Brunches and makes a hot steamy pot or just one cup of coffee at a time. Great programmable feature to wake up in the morning to the fresh aroma of coffee. Silver and black design are quite the rage right now.

I was really excited to get a coffee pot and a single cup dispenser, but I hate how there isn’t a setting for the single cup dispenser depending on cup size. You have to guess basically and if you put too much water in it, you overflow the cup. It’s fine for everything else

Gives you the flexibility or a pot or single cups. Love the program function. The only downside is the way the cups are measured. It says that it makes up to 12 cups, but these are not 8 oz cups, more like 6 oz. Otherwise, this is good unit and works very well.

I have had this coffee maker for 10 months now and still love it as much as I did when I got it. I love the brewing options of either regular or bold. Haven't had any issues at all with it. Highly recommend!

This coffee maker is awesome! You have the choice to make a full pot of coffee or use the K cups. Even has a k cup filler, that way you can use your own coffee in the K cup side. We love it

So far happy with this coffee maker. Although only had it short time and has only used the single serve side of the flexbrew I am happy with my coffee taste. Also I think this coffee maker operates quieter than the Keurig it replaced.

I am a coffe fanatic. I've had many different coffee pots and I must say that this one is my favorite. I like the ability to make a pot or a cup. The temperature is hot and I can taste the boldness of my coffee!

I have been a Keurig fan for years, but the Hamilton Beach Flex Brew has made having coffee the way I want, when I want it a whole lot easier!!! I have enjoyed using this product and will tell others about this great product!!

Regarding the functionality of this unit, it is great. Owned it a year and a half now and all the features work wonderfully. I love the flexibility of choosing how I want to make my coffee. I don't really use the K-cups, but once in a while someone will gift some to me and it's nice to not have to pull out a separate machine for that. I would have given this unit 4 stars (nothing is perfect), but there has been a single thing of great aggravation for me that practically makes the unit worthless to me. That is...the carafe. This thing is incredibly fragile. Mine broke after a few months. I thought it was a little odd because I wasn't being rough with it, but shrugged it off and went off to get a universal replacement from Walmart or something. Guess what...there is no universal replacement like other manufacturers have. It has to be an exact replacement (insert eye roll). Still, not that big of a deal I just started searching online for a direct replacement. These things are hard to find! Not even HB had it in stock (pre-covid even). Finally found one at Bed Bath and Beyond. So I got it and made sure I was more careful with it. I only washed it by hand and was careful not to clang it against anything, because I didn't want that aggravation again. Apparently you can't be careful enough with these things because six months later the replacement broke. Now I cannot find a replacement anywhere, not even HB. Seems like they're so fragile they are flying off the shelves as others have had to replace them as well. With multiple people in the home it's not practical to keep going with the individual side. I would have bought a different product if it were. So all I can really say to anyone asking me for a referral is...It's a great product, but if you rely heavily on making your coffee by the pot then you would better served considering another product or treat this carafe with kid gloves because you may find yourself throwing away more than $100 since you can't easily find replacements.

The DD near our house is HORRIBLE and we got tired of wasting money with them only to not be able to drink their coffee bc it was so bad. Now with this we save so much money and I brew the DD Kcups!

I did extensive research and happy with my purchase. Only downfall is that there aren't any preset sizes so what you fill in the reservoir is what will. One out, all of it.

Our coffee maker finally gave out after 15 years so we de used to get something quick. J have always wanted a Kruieg for the convenience but we are a whole pot kinda folk. This machine gives us the convenience of both and we love it so far.

Allows me to fill the carafe side for later times brew but then run a Kcup on the other side. The only negative is that you have to change back to carafe and select the timer again. My prior Braun would stay set for the morning carafe, hence the 4 stars.

Nice duo set up. Works great. Gave it 4 starsbecause the warming plate only stays on for 2 hrs. Would like it to keep warm for 4, like the HB Brewmaster I had. Besides that, it's a great multifunctional coffee maker!!

It sure does it’s job by saving you Coffee beans using the single k cup dispenser. It is also great for a Sunday morning with the family as it make many cups of coffee really have annoyed using machine in the past 2 months.

We really like the options with this coffee make. A pot of coffee or a cup. just know that when put in 14 oz of water you will get 14 oz of coffee for the K-Cup. I comes with it's own reusable K cup. We have not used it yet but it is custom for thismaker.

The added convenience of the single cup brewer is really handy. Only one comment is the carafe seems smaller than my previous maker but other than that it works AND it doesn't spill all over when you pour it!

Works out perfectly for a quick cup during the week and a full pot on the weekends. Having the loose grounds cup included is a great bonus.

It’s a bit on the loud side when you first start it up for single serve. Gurgled in a fashion that had me worried for a moment, having read some of the other reviews. Once it got going it was quick and quiet though.
