I love the fact you can do a carafe or single serving. My only complaint is the amount of water placed in the reservoir has to be used in the same serving. I would prefer to keep the reservoir full and fill it up as needed.

Works perfect for our family. Hamilton beach flex brew coffee maker. Love it. Full 12 cups, single kcups, or use you own grounds and select regular or bold. The only change would be to heat up a little faster.

I had been looking for something like this. So far it is working perfectly. You can't brew both sides at the same time, but I don't know why someone would need to. Excellent purchase!

I use this daily. It's the only one I could find that had both the coffee pot and k pods. It's been a year and it still works as good as the day I got it.

I love this product! I can choose to make regular coffee from grind coffee beans or just pop in a keurig pod when I am on the go! I gave one to my mother and she loves it! Best gift anyone who loves coffee can have!

Still a great coffee machine. I like that you can either make mass amounts or single cup, but both cannot run at the same time. Good for those who drink more than one cup or for when you need one to go.

Excellent replacement to my Kuerig that was always breaking, love that I can brew a full pot as well. Takes up less counter space than 2 appliances that say they do the same thing, but hardly ever worked!

Got this for my parents. They seem to like it and have no problems figuring out how to use it. Just read the directions and everything will be okee-dokee.

That’s the way you need it! Pods for when I’m grabbing a cup on the go, and full pots for the day or with friends. The ability to change the boldness is nice, and the digital clock is of great quality

I will never have another coffee maker! Absolutely love the brew station. I had the original and really liked it a lot, then hamilton beach improved it with 2 different water reservoirs now it’s perfect!

Easy to set up, really cool that it came with a brew basket. Can make my own coffee or use a pod. Can also make a whole pot for big groups. Great quality and perfect cup of coffee.

I have had 3 keurig and they have never lasted more than a year as they have leaked. This is my second HB, one up North and one here in Florida. I am very happy with the product.

Been a Kueg user till now.. Love how this one does a pot or just one cup.. Like the options you get. Think I found the brand I will keep buying.. Been nothing but happy with this coffee maker.

Quick brewing, but that does seem to make weaker coffee than my prior unit that was much slower. So I seem to need more coffee to make it the strength that I was accustomed to with my last coffee maker.

This machine is the best of both worlds ... I like the single side and my husband likes the old fashioned carafe. Keurig kups fit perfectly and perform perfectly

I've purchased 3 of the coffee makers. They last as few months and then start to leak water for some reason. I am one person meaning I'm the only user; I maked two 1/2 pots of coffee a day.

My wife wanted to be able to brew a pot when she has company... and a single cup when it's just her. This accomplished both! I purchased a drawer to hold the K-Cups that the coffee maker sits on. Looks great.

This a replacement for a Hamilton Beach very much like this one just a little better looking ,and a lot faster than the old one. You can't go wrong with a Hamilton Beach.

I had to purchase this coffee maker after seeing how horrible Kuriegs can be inside. Having this coffee machine it is great to be able to clean and maintain the machine.

Works great and I’m not sure what the deal is with the negative reviews, maybe they were filling it past the max line and getting coffee grounds stuck in the K cup needle
