Annoying single K-cup

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Takes forever to warm up the water for the single serve, and you have to pour the amount of water you want to dispense each time you do it for the single. It badly needs a dedicated reservoir.
