The single side stopped working after using k-cups. I have water in the resivoir that won’t process through anymore. While on bold it gives a needle error (its clean and also gives the error with the needle removed) and while on normal the screen will just turn off momentarily then stop brewing. The single side never got really hot enough when it was working. Will see if the warranty can take care of any of this.

It would not supply the water to the single cup side, it was a pump issue, nothing to do with how much you cleaned the unit. Trying to just exchange this product for another one, was a joke. It took over 4 weeks to get a replacement. Best Buy keep billing my credit card (for a new unit) for the price again and then deducting that amount when I complained that I was just exchanging as per my protection agreement stated.

Two ounces makes a big difference AND the heating pad is only on for 2 hours - that is shorter than what I had at four hours.

It is taller than the large Keurig and would not fit on my bar under my cabinets. Be sure to measure your area first !

It won't let you pick the brew strength/size like our Keurig will. We returned the machine and decided to stick with our 2 separate machines until we're ready to spend more money on a machine that has all the features we want.
