    This was the 3rd CP ordered. After 8-10 months i.e. Over flowed. Just ordered another Brand CM. Worst luck with these makers

    Stay away from that coffee maker. It started leaking after few months on the bottom . Please , stop making bad products to make people buy it! I Never going to buy that brand again

    We didn’t have good luck with this one. We like the concept but couldn’t keep one working for over a few months. Went thru 5 in 2 years and finally gave up

    Major water leak on 12 cup maker side. More on countertop than in carafe. Tripped circuit breaker. Have another brand that works perfectly after 12 years at a fraction of the cost of the HB.

    12 cup side works great, individual cup is a complete disaster every time you make a single cup it blows coffee grounds and water all over the place, would not recommend!!!!

    Coffee was decent, but product lasted just over 12 months. The warrantty period was 12 months. So, get a different one, I should have !

Hamilton Beach products are designed and tested to last much longer than the warranty period.     I just got this in the last week or so. It is the slowest brewing machine you could ever imagine! Beware! I am NOT happy with this purchase.

    Water gets too hot to make decent tasting coffee. Plastic lid to water warped immediately. After one month wording wore off buttons. It ended up in the trash

    Worked OK when it worked, but quit after only 18 months. the warranty is only a year, so replaced it with another brand.

    This broke within a year of owning it - HB did replace it, but for the seals to let go so quickly.... not worth what it cost.

    Looked nice but never worked correctly. Constant leaking with k-cups. Coffee grounds found in brew and mug all the time.
