Excellent ! my daughter love waffles. the one i had was no longer non stick hence purchased a new one. This one make nice caramal color waffles crunchy out side and soft inside.

I like this waffle maker, however the heat control knob broke in the first week that I owned it. It still operates just fine and makes delicious waffles.

Used twice so far and works great with easy clean up. Really like that the removable plates can go in the dishwasher.

It uses more batter than the hotel waffle irons and makes a light, fluffy waffle with nice crispiness with some brands of mix, and a heavy brick of a waffle with others. I've found that trying to get a consistently thinnish batter helps. It would be nice if the irons could be reversed for sandwiches. Older models frequently were multi-purposed like that.

Makes good waffles and the detachable pieces make it very easy to clean. Wish the ready function worked better to tell you when waffles are done.

Love this waffle maker. Super easy to clean, drip pan is wider than other models. 4 stars only because the handle can be a little clumsy to use if its not locked place right

This waffle maker is easy enough to use and clean. I still need to yweek the setting but it will be fine. I wish it had an "done" light like my 25 year old one had instead of "when it stops steaming" But overall ok

Just made waffles again for the 2nd time. They were great. I love the removable plates which allows you to clean the unit of any waffle and they can go in the dishwasher. The variable temperature control also allows my wife to have her's crispy while I like mine softer. The folding handle saves storage space.

Hamilton Beach Belgian Waffle Maker, It works good nice waffles What else could be said it's nice to have and works good. the only problem I had was the shipping from Best Buy, The box was torn pretty bad and it was poorly package but nothing was lost from the inside so that was that.

Great product. We got this after reading a lot of customer reviews. Some of the more expensive models had issues related to melting plastic brackets which we wanted to avoid. Kids love the waffles and very eat to use and clean.

For easy and thorough clean up, I wanted a waffle maker with removable grids and this is one of the few that has them. It makes very good, evenly cooked, crispy waffles. Great value for the price.

Took a little time to get the perfect waffle as this is much different than the other waffle maker I used. I like how easy this one is to clean with the removal plates.

Waffles come out very good. Takes a few minutes to come up to temp but then I just put in a cup of batter, close and flip. Seems to take a minute for the green light to go out but once it does I just wait for it to come back on and it is done! Flip it back and open, now its waffle time!
