This slow cooker is the perfect size and the fact it is programmable makes planning meals easy. Clean up is a snap!

My wife used it to cook a pot roast and it was delicious! She loves the fact that it has a digital thermometer which tells her when the inside of the roast is properly cooked.

My wife can wake up in the morning from roast in the pot and by the time I get home it's ready and it smells great in the house I did show up some vegetables and next thing you know we're all sitting down for dinner what's so good about this crock pot is it cooks evenly and keeps the flavor in the seal tight lid this item do not listen to anyone - about it especially for the price

Following recipes this pot cooks exactly as timing suggests it should. I appreciate knowing it will turn itself off based on my setting so I can shut it down sooner and let it sit before I get home from work.

My old slow cooker was put out to pasture a couple of years ago. I realized how much I missed being able to go out for the afternoon and have a hot meal ready when we got home. I looked at pressure cookers but I liked the simplicity of a slow cooker. The Hamilton fits that bill to a T. Can make a small or large meal with its 6 quart capacity. Really enjoyed having homemade soups this past winter with the temps being so cold.

This countertop appliance gets used in my house for making beef Barbacoa mainly but any challenge I've thrown it - solid performer. The locking top with seal, ability to transport the crock to the fridge (or travel) and the programmable probe feature make this slow cooker knock the socks off of that slow cooker you got from grandma. Would've never guessed this was made by Hamilton Beach.

Great item with timer, then when done switches to warm, love how big it is and it locks for travel

I really like this slow cooker. It shifts automatically to warm when the food is ready. This way nothing over cooks.

I like this item very much. The only thing is on the probe setting I wish it could be set to hold the temp at the desired setting for a programmed amount of time. This would be helpful with things like roasts that you want to break down and get tender. Also it seems to cool off a lot faster then my old one. Not a big deal there.

Set it and forget it...it's great! Way better than low, medium and high!!!
