A Real Winner So Far!

For Thanksgiving we cooked a turkey breast (in addition to our oven-roasted bird) in it and transferred it to the oven for browning. Perfect. We like all the features except the lock-down system for the lid. It is awkward and very difficult to latch, which is not a problem for cooking, but it is for storage or transport (which we're not likely to do).

Makes cooking fun and easy!

I have tried both the manual and automatic settings; both work very well and the results were exactly as advertised! The dilemma is that I have tried so many recipes successfully, frozen the results in individual and family-sized portions, I've run out of freezer space and might be forced to get a larger freezer!
