Love this crock pot. Especially that the lid locks down. Great for travelling. And easy clean up, just put the porclein crock in the dishwasher.

Great product. Good size to make large portions. Keeps heat in for long time after done cooking and unplugged if you keep lid locked. Working well so far. No complaints. Decent price for such a product versus others.

Love the timer feature! I put my dinner in before work and it automatically puts it on warm once my cooking time I set is up. So dinner is ready as soon as I get home! I love this!

I have used it once so far and it cooked great! Look forward to using it more!

Easy to use, this cooker has been well worth the money. It has great set and go features, and makes meal prep easy.

In the first couple weeks of owning it I've already made a variety of things and am very happy with the product overall. My only 2 complaints are the range of temperatures (140-180 if using the probe, slightly less if using the temperature settings), and the fact that I can't use the probe with a timer function (i.e. cook at 140 for 2 hours). But realistically that feels like nitpicking a great product.

Love this product. Makes my life easier. Bought it for settings and large volume. Haven't used probe yet for meats but I have used it every week since buying it. Highly reccomended.

I cannot comment on durability, as I have only had it for a month. I do like the cooker. It is great for the money. I like the probe, the timer and I have two rescued cats who were ferral and the clamps on the lid are a necessary feature to keep them out!! It cooks meals faster than expected, even on the low setting. I have purchased one for my mother. It is back-ordered.

After reading a recipe cooking a pulled pork in a slow cocker I thought that this is what I have to get instead using my gas grill in winter times. And my first pulled pork with this cooker was awesome

This is a great slow cooker. My meats come out nice and tender. Had to replace my other slow cooker because even on a low setting that one made my meats very tough. Glad I hanged to this one. Thanks Hamilton Beach.

This is great.Me and my mom made pork ribs with sauce and spices then cooked it for six hours and they were fall off the bone tender. I got this for her for christmas and she loves it.

I love this slow cooker. It works wonderfully & has enough room in the pot to cook meals for our family. The settings are awesome as well.

This unit works OK (i've only had it two weeks), but it's obviously made incredibly cheaply and without quality control. It's the second one I bought -- the first one I had to bring back and exchange because there was no front panel cover (which is simply a cheap plastic sticker, by the way). The replacement was stamped unevenly, and the control panel is cut in the shell at an angle. This thing is so cheap to buy that I'm going to keep it, but I'm worried because poor quality control like this doesn't give me hope for it being a long-lasting product. Bad work, Hamilton Beach -- this thing is as cheaply made as it gets. I won't buy any more of your products.
