They did a amazing job install the parts my son needed

The agents took me in without having an appointment and were able to install the additional memory despite running into a few problems. All works great.

The support I receive from the agents at Geek Squad is top notch! Wow! They installed a new hard drive on my old Mac and it has a whole new life. I thought I had lost my data but they saved everything. Kudos to Shishir. I also purchased a new Mac they are helping me every step of the way. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Sirshir, Faruk, and several other agents. Do yourself a favor and sign up with this great team.

Make sure to ask lots of questions to ensure that you get the finished product you are expecting. I almost gave this a 4 star review because the desk manager I first talked to made claims which turned out not to be true. As I was walking out the door I realized that he was wrong and returned to fix my order. Turns out that the manager was new. An actual tech came out and hooked me up, even expedited the service for me. The Geek Squad guys are always pretty solid. In fact I often visit their desk directly to ask tech questions about potential buys. The sales people are fine but the Geeks can usually offer details on another level.

Whatever it may be that these guys work on, they do it professionally, quickly and competently!!!

I made an appointment, I was on time, so was Best Buy. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Delivered, as promised. Efficient and competent!

They put my computer together from parts I had. Was a little disappointed that they didn’t have extra screws and things on hand for the couple hundred bucks, but they did a good job nonetheless. They also identified a couple of potential issues to keep an eye on, which is appreciated.

After bringing back my lap top several times and making adjustments they finally made the correct adjustments. Laptop is just as expected.

The geek squad was helpful and knowledgeable but each person didn't seem to know what others were doing and the wait time to pick it up at the counter was over 15 minutes. I thought I should test it before taking it home and when I booted it up it was stuck on the start screen and would not go anywhere else. I had to talk to a few people to get this new problem fixed. I feel the tecks should test the comp to make sure it is working after they repair it not just make sure the part the replaced works because frankly if I would have paid and taken it home and it didn't work I would have not been happy. Over all I am satisfied but because I made sure it worked before leaving the store. I still feel they shoild not return something not in working order for someone who is not tecky to have to figure out how to fix the new problem.

After getting home I found that the installed unit did not function properly so I called the Online Geek Squad and he took control of my computer and made several adjustments and now it works wonderfully

I originally came in for a battery replacement which I was able to come back the next day and pick up. A few days later when I went to use my computer it was giving me errors. I took it back to the Geek Squad where the team member spent an hour trying to figure out the problem. In the end the memory needed to be replaced but I appreciate the time spent to help with my computer even though the appointment was only a 20 minute appointment.

After having a horrible experience at the Okemos, MI location the weekend before and not being treated like a valued customer I was super happy with the way the Geek Squad employees treated me at the Flint, MI store. I wish I knew the names of the gentlemen who helped me because they deserve to be recognized for their excellent customer service. They made me feel welcomed and even took my laptop apart in front of me to show me exactly what parts I needed. The actual installation of my hardware was super quick. I will only return to this store for further service.
