They did their job and affordable. My only concerns was they tried to change the price when we picked up the pc and over promising. Installed a graphics card to my son’s PC over promised that they can finish it the next day but took 3days. They also almost returned my son’s cpu without the cord because they don’t have a record of what was given to them. My husband had to return and get the cord back. Just make sure you check/record all parts/pieces when you drop off your equipments.

My hard drive was installed ahead of schedule and it worked perfectly following the installation.

Repair completed in just 20 minutes. Who could ask for anything more?

We used the instore service to have a new battery installed in our laptop and were very pleased with the quality of service we received.

I had my hard drive swapped in my laptop. I purchased a new hard drive from Amazon and brought it to Best Buy to be installed. Best Buy Geek Squad removed the old, damaged drive and replaced it with the new drive. They were affordable, timely, and the "Geek" I worked with was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use them again.

agent was very informative about what he was doing with my computer... cleaned it up and i was up and running with in 24 hours of dropping off at the store in Erie. Thank you guys so much !!! Now back to WOW !!!!

I brought in my desktop with what I believed to be a faulty power supply and, feeling not only a bit lazy but preferring to let Geek Squad's insurance cover my now 8 year old Frankensteined computer, had them diagnose and install the new component. Now it chugs along once again until I can finish purchasing the components for my new monstrosity.

I had to have a fan installed into my computer. The associate new exactly what I wanted done and it only took one day to complete. The charge was very reasonable. I would recommend them for all you computer repairs. I was extremely pleased with this service and won't hesitate to return if a need arises.

The geek club agents replaced my computer laptop battery and laptop is working well.

I went in because my computer was overheating due to fan issues. They quickly took in my computer and charged me without looking if they even had a fan to that fit properly in the computer case. Are they not supposed to take the 20 minutes to at least check if they have what I requested. Wasted days of my time and money, refunded fan and I should've got a refund on the scam service. They wanted to sell me more parts after I reported that the computer was also made worse now it won't display anything except a blinking input marker. Expect this kind of service from a random computer shop not geek squad. Huge disappointment, I'm not going to easily recover from this as I used the little money I have to use this computer for work. Now all my years of content files will be lost thanks best buy

Wonderful service and support. I came in with an insurmountable (for me) issue and Malik (spelling?) was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. About 30 minutes after walking in to the store, I left with my iPad working well.
