Geek Squad has been always useful and professional when I needed my laptops fixed. Staffs were knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and friendly. I buy my laptops, software, hardware, TVs, and other electronics because of this service.

I received great service and a knowledgeable and patient associate at this store location. My Power plug was horrible, this installation made the PC better than before and they even cleaned my fans! Never will I doubt them again and I will always consider them first!

The price of service is too high than the product installed and service done so that is bit minus attention. But geek squad I do recommend.

After a successful diagnosis on my ASUS laptop, it was determined that I needed a new battery. I purchased a battery from Amazon and took it back to Geek Squad for installation. Staff was knowledgable, freindly, effective and efficient with their service!

I. purchased a solid state drive for my laptop. While I am a IT pro, I wanted to be sure the installation went correctly. The techbat my store's Geek Squad was friendly, professional and the installation tooknplace whlle I waited. All in all, notva bad service.
