Geek Squad did a good job on the installation of my new hard drive on my PS4 I would recommend anyone to go over there to get it installed for the price they did for.

Agents found the problem and installed the new part very quickly when I brought it in the second time.

Am afraid I didn’t get the geek squad service person that helped us. He was fantastic!!! Went in thinking it would be 3-5 days for outlets computer tower to be fixed. We had contacted the company that made our customized gaming and were told we needed to replace Amy case fans. The gentleman at your store from the problem (which was not the fans). Corrected that and as requested went ahead and replaced the fans. All this while we shopped their store!!!

Installation was relatively quick, 1 business day. Unfortunately they removed a cable they felt I didn't need, a SATA cable, which I ended up needing two weeks later to install an ssd. Install was just for a power supply, so I didn't expect too much, was an effective swap. Turns out my power supply was fine though, needed a new CPU fan. I guess don't expect them to verify what's wrong, only that the job you request is completed.

Had a burned out power supply which I would have easily fixed on my own if it were my home computer, but I had to take my desktop to Geek Squad because it was a work machine. I told them exactly what needed to be done and the tech simply installed the new power supply without need for diagnostics. It was quick and easy, but expensive for very little actual work or thinking on Geek Squad tech's part.

Had an SSD installed. Walked in without an appointment, was installed and out 15 minutes later.

The PNY internal ssd I bought and installed at best buy worked flawlessly from day one.

They got my new ram installed in less than half an hour.

Took my laptop in for repair; it was diagnosed, repaired quickly, and returned within three days. Way to go Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad Agent, Trevor, was hands down one of THE most polite and straightforward gentleman that I’ve encountered. He was exquisitely thorough and clear with every detail. Consulting him on my upgraded custom build IS a no-brainer.

First, I'm pretty adept at computer repair. I build my own desktops and have put in multiple SSDs in laptops, and even repaired a power jack in a dell laptop. But, when I tried to put an SSD in a newer HP laptop, it became a HUGE pain. Multiple wires to unplug, moterboards to remove, big headache. For the price Geek Squad charges, it wasn't worth my headache. I purchased the SSD online from another vendor, brought it in to Geek Squad and paid them the flat fee to install. Done, and laptop is now speedy fast. Very happy.

I was very happy with the way and speed the geek squad brought my 2 year old computer back to life and it only took 1 hour.

After having so many problems with Geek Squad warranty/customer service help in the past, I finally just let my warranties expire. No more renewals for me, I thought, since it didn't help anyway. Just throwing money away on bad customer service, I thought. Of course, a month after it lapsed, the computer breaks. I think they are set on timers to do just that. ;) This time it was different. No making me wait days or weeks for BASIC parts that should be kept in stock. They had everything dealt with that day, fast, awesome. I've stopped nay-saying Geek Squad. Keep this up and I might actually start promoting this service again to my friends like I did in the beginning (before all the problems). :)

For a small fee, the Geek Squad saved me hours of work and the danger of screwing up my computer. Best way of replacing your hard drive.
