Excellent and speedy service. Very pleased with the technician.

They did an awesome job installing the graphics card. Very fast and efficient and they took really good care of me. I would recommend them on any difficult task. You can go to them and they’ll even research if you have an issue before you decide to have them fix it.

I Used Geek Squad to Upgrade a new Laptop with more Memory and replace the Hard Drive with a Solid State Drive. Also used them to upgrade my Desk Top PC with an Ethernet Adapter Card, so it can handle 300 Megabit Speed of my internet connection.

I purchased a laptop screen for my nephew's computer which had been smashed. I then brought it to the Geek Squad for the repair. They provided a fair price for the repair and left it with them to install it. In a matter of 3-4 days it was fixed and has been working great ever since.

I have a Macbook that was suffering a horrible death. Even when I brought it in-there was no salvaging my hard drive -my fault! But there wasn't anything serious in the computer and it hasn't been used in a year. Installation was quick and now it is like having a brand new laptop!!!!!

The tech suggested that the drive on the Toshiba, which has a terrible design flaw in the laptop screen closing, the screws come out making it impossible to fix or boot the computer. The tech was able to encase the drive and my grandson now had an extended drive as well.

awsome service if u cannot work on ur products by ur self or if ur afraid ull mess something up definitely recommend to every one who don't know alot about electronics or that want to have someone do it from them without worrying about anything going wrong with their products

The install of my new NVMe PCIe SSD was completed without any issues and my laptop was back to me in two days. Set up was done for boot to new drive within the BIOS which I didn't wish to touch. Extremely happy with the work that was done. Thank you!

Geek Squad agent (we believe it was Ryan?) installed 8 GB's of RAM memory in our laptop quickly and professionally. We considered the installation charge to be reasonable.

The agent installed the SSD to my laptop then I had to return the device due to the product making my laptop in worse shape then it was then when the product was first put in.

Dude was super easy to work with, very lax and unstructured once in store but amicable and upgrade done quick and easy. A dot overpriced, but simplicity makes it worthwhile to use
