Added RAM

So, I stopped in and they took care of replacing some RAM within half an hour. The only tiny complaint is that they forgot to put one of the screws back. They replaced it with a similar one within ten minutes when I went back.

Geek Squad solved my laptop battery issues.

Great Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I could have done this upgrade myself, but the amount of time it would have taken to do it was not worth the 39.99 that the Geek squad charged to swap out the SSD drive in my HP Envy laptop. The laptop has to be pried apart to replace the SSD. Not worth the time. Just use a pro to do it.

Geek squad tech Matt did a great job fixing my Ace
