Excellent team member explained everything that needed to be done and how he was going to do it

I suspected my old video card as causing crashes after rebooting. Geek Squad did a quick swap to a newer and upgraded card to verify the fix. Offered my money back if the new video card was not the correct fix. New card fixed the problem and I was out the door in about 30 minutes.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate what they did to get my laptop replaced. I could go on and on,but I will just say I could not have been happier! I needed my computer for work.

I had taken my laptop into Geek Squad to get new cooling fans installed. I also decided to expand storage with a second hard drive. I took it in around noon and received a call around 6 that it was done. This fast turnaround is very impressive. I picked up my laptop the next day and have had no issues with it since.

Old PS went out and I didn't have the time to do it myself. They did a fine job.

Agent mounted the graphic card and did it with excellence...

took several visits to get a new memory card installed. initially putting in wrong card. Plus I think they cracked my laptop lid at open hinges which eventually got very bad and laptop had to be replaced

I was surprised the level of service I got. I was never a fan at first based on previous experiences, but looks like they have improved and people are more helpful in making honest decisions. They're not just out to push unnecessary services or products just for the sake of making commission.

I needed help installing a new SSD in my MacBook Pro. I made an appointment, and Geek Squad did this for me while I waited. They even put my old drive into an enclosure for me and gave some pointers for copying the data (which I did at home). Overall, a great value!
