Geek squad installed extra memory on my acer lap top. Fast service and no hassle.

Great to have if you ever need help installing anything

It was a task and Best Buy was up to the job and in less time then estimated.

In and out without a hitch. Had some RAM installed in a laptop I purchased.

The Geek Squad installed a new power supply (ordered separately) for me. After the installation, some power switch issues appeared. It is unlikely that the switch issues had anything to do with the power supply installation, but when I returned the computer to Best Buy, the Geek Squad guy investigated the problem and remedied it (switch housing was loose) without complaint or extra charge. I was VERY HAPPY with Best Buy's willingness to perform follow-up service.

Dropped off Desktop to Geek squad and only had to wait 3 days for all the items to be installed

Bit of an issue with my laptop. These guy had it fixed within hours.

Fast service done well. I had to purchase heat sink and fan but Geek Squad knew what needed to be done and did it promptly and correctly.

I was having trouble with my monitor going out. I took some pictures of the screen as it was rebooting. The Geek Squad technician looked over the pictures, listened to me, did not make me feel like I was stupid, verified what I thought was the problem, and made a recommendation of a product to fix the problem. The installation was done in a very timely manner, considering it was Thanksgiving weekend (read Black Friday).

Radio works well and looks great. Very easy to use.

Everyone was amazing and super helpful. Got my son’s computer up and running again.

The diagnostic for my dead piwersource was $100 and install was a reasonabke amount. I have squaretrade so the whole thing was covered. I coyld have probably done the piwersource install myalef but the pc manufacturer ran the cords in a very tight spot and if I paid for the coverage I might as well use it.
