agents changed my 500g for 1 tb ssd. could not clone disc, i lost expensive adobe program.

Geek squad has always been a giant help with the computers in my house, we have three desktops, three laptops and two chromebooks and would never hesitate to go to them for any of my devices

The geek squad was incredible they got my computer back in a timely manner they did an incredible job I just keep on coming back is affordable if you want stuff done right they got you

Computer would not boot. Took it to the Geek squad, who promptly analyzed the problem as a failed graphics card. Asked them to repair it and within 24 hours I was back in business. Squad member Brandon was particularly helpful in completing the fix.

This is a better choice for me when dealing with a laptop as I am not as comforatable in doing upgrades as I am on a PC.

The agents performed their work excellently. I am happy with the performance of my repaired product. However, I would have greatly benefitted from progress notifications, as is month passed before completion.
