Great Servixe
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to build desktop computers but wanted to upgrade the ram on my laptop, and couldn’t get it open Without risk of breaking it after unscrewing the plate. Well I took it to geek squad and he had a tool to pry open my laptop which I didn’t even know was a thing but that’s why they are experts! Learned something new.

I called Best Buy and they said I could bring it in and they would run a diagnostics to let me know what was going on. I know how to fix computers, but I don't have any of the equipment any more to troubleshoot it quickly. They discovered my fan had gone out and fixed it for an extremely affordable price in under 30 minutes. Yay!

I was expecting bad news - but the Team and my Tech turned it into good news with a new power supply (for my Dell 8700) that is working great and was provided (part and labor) for a reasonable price - less than I expected.

Quick Installation

Now my computer is running better than ever. They even had my tower turned back over to me in 24 hours after giving it to them.
