I had a great experience getting my computer parts replaced by GeekSquad. They were very helpful, cooperative and knowledgeable. They did the job very quickly. I was surprised. I thought they were pricey though. So if they lower the price on service, then it's a win-win.

People at bestbuy very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right replacement hard drive. Service was faster than I expected, and my laptop works great with this new hard drive. I have another computer I will be letting them look at.

The memory install took time to find the proper memory stick, but they special ordered it and got the job done and they took the time to special order it and insured it was working properly. Even though it took time to track down the part they were happy to spend the extra time needed.

The geek squad crew gave me great customer service and had no issue installing parts to my pc i was well taken cared of will definitely recommend to others

My laptop hard drive died while I was on travel. Ugh!! The Geek Squad saved the day, installing a new drive and reloading the Windows 10 OS. I've been using it for about two months now without a single issue.

Though the service was thorough and got my computer fixed, they had me waiting long enough that when I did get it back, they were already closing up for the day. Best Buy, I mean. I hope to not have any further problems in the near future but if I do and it's severe enough, I'll go back to Geek Squad for help.

Installed drive still works as designed. Agents installed a larger SSD in my new laptop. Was annoying that I had to "purchase" a new OS but otherwise satisfied

Worked with me dis enable the touchpad. Transferred saved info from old computer to new one. Said it would be done in three days. It only took them 1 day. I like the appointment to see them. Very friendly staff.

Had extra RAM installed in my HP all in one. Had it back in one hour. Cost 90 bucks including the 8 gig of ram

I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the Geek Squad was when helping to fix my computer. I work on my computer all day, every day, and cannot be without it. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 2 hours which was AWESOME.

Whenever I have a problem Geek Squad is there to help. Friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. In this case my power supply failed which is something I could have fixed my self, but elected to pay a reasonable charge.

After I made my choice for a wireless WiFi product, the Geeks installed and made sure it was going to work for what I needed. And I got my computer back quicker that they said. That is great costumer service and I thank you Geeks.

Upgraded dell laptop to an SSD drive. Transfer of hard drive material was perfect. No problems so far. Turnaround time was 48 hours for the service.

I asked the Geek Squad to install a new hard drive in my laptop. They were able to complete the install and return it to me when I needed it. They did a great job on my computer. I will be using them the next time I have a need.
