my experience with the geek squad was great. They were quick and helpful.

Replaced hardware in a timely manner and works great!

Laptop battery died; I ordered replacement from Amazon and made appointment with Geek Squad to swap out. They finished the job promptly.

I needed (or thought I needed) a new Wi-Fi card in my laptop. I ordered and was going to install it myself. Well, I got it installed, but apparently not correctly. I couldn't get a Wi-Fi signal. This was a Sunday evening, after 5pm. I called the Geek Squad, got a 5:40 appointment to have it looked and it was fixed and I was on my way by 6:15. Always very helpful!

I bought a new cooling fan for my laptop, thinking I could install it myself; found out I couldn't. Took it to BB, got it back the next day. A local computer store wanted $100 for the same service, so BB was a deal. The new appointment system has a few wrinkles to be worked out (when you have an appointment to pick up, you shouldn't have to wait in line with folks returning products, etc), but overall okay.

The geek squad helped me choose the appropriate graphics card for my pc and installed it in less than an hour. My new dual monitors run seamlessly with the new card and my system is much faster. Thank you for offering this service ! I can't thank these guys enough for all of their help getting my 34' ultrawides running smoothly with the appropriate resolution.
