I got in and got out fast. Didnt have to leave cpu like I thought i would

I got my Lenovo Desktop computer upgraded, that is to say, additional Ram added. It was only 16GB, but is now 40GB.

They did they're job as proficient as possible, I'm genuinely satisfied with the results!

I. purchased a solid state drive for my laptop. While I am a IT pro, I wanted to be sure the installation went correctly. The techbat my store's Geek Squad was friendly, professional and the installation tooknplace whlle I waited. All in all, notva bad service.

After a successful diagnosis on my ASUS laptop, it was determined that I needed a new battery. I purchased a battery from Amazon and took it back to Geek Squad for installation. Staff was knowledgable, freindly, effective and efficient with their service!

Well i dislike that some items you have to order offline

They did their job and affordable. My only concerns was they tried to change the price when we picked up the pc and over promising. Installed a graphics card to my son’s PC over promised that they can finish it the next day but took 3days. They also almost returned my son’s cpu without the cord because they don’t have a record of what was given to them. My husband had to return and get the cord back. Just make sure you check/record all parts/pieces when you drop off your equipments.

I was very pleased with the service I received with this hard drive installation. I didn't want to pay the extra money to have them clone the drive they were removing. I received no pressure to have the cloning done. The work was professionally done and worked the first time.

The team moved components from my current desktop components into a new larger (cooler) case. Great service - no issues.

Geek squad worked on my pc in adding an ssd and removing the hard drive because the pc was going super slow. They communicated with me if there was any issues and went into detail with the work they did

I annoyed some dude off by cutting in line but the geeks were stellar. Installed my new GPU quickly.
