My Kindle quit working and I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad. They installed a back up chip and then backed up all of my files. Then this past Thursday, I took it back and had the Geek Squad reinstall all of my filed. They did an excellent job and I am totally satisfied with what they did.

They are knowledgeable and work fast. With my experience, they give you an estimated date when the work is done, but they'll some times work fast. I have not been back for any corrections or rework. Jib was done the first time.

Quick , easy, great customer service. Geek squad gave both of my laptops a tune up and added RAM to o e aswell as sent one out to be repaired. Overall Great service and experience.

I ran into a disk crash issue and was trying to purchase an internal SSD disk and replace it. Geeksquad team was quick and helped me to make the best decision. They replaced the disk in less than 10 mins. I was really impressed with the Geek Squad service. Thanks.

My hard drive was installed ahead of schedule and it worked perfectly following the installation.

My MacBook Pro needed more memory so I decided to do an upgrade through Best Buy. Purchased the hardware from BB and had the geek squad install it. Quick, easy, and reasonable. Made a world of difference on my computer! So glad I did it.

The gentleman I dealt was rather abrupt. If I could have fixed this myself, I wouldn't have needed his help. I am not a techie and felt talked down to! I felt like I was an inconvenience in his day. He kept walking away to assist another customer. I finally asked him if I was done or if he needed something else. He said I needed my paperwork & turned away. He got my paperwork off the printer after approx. 4 minutes. He said sign here and pushed the paper toward me. He stated my laptop would be ready the next day. Fast forward 24 hours- I stop by the store on my way home from work & was told my laptop would not be ready until, the earliest, the next day. They did not know why he told me it would be ready so quickly. I then spoke with, whom I assume was a mgr. She apologized and said they would do their best to have my laptop finished by the end of the day & that they have had other complaints about this gentleman. She held true to her word and I picked up my laptop before the store closed that day.

Very glad to have the service. The ram is a bit more difficult to install when the laptop has a touch screen. The Geeks even educated a family member about a button on the laptop. Very helpful.

The Agent worked so hard on installing a new cpu cooler for my pc, at first he mentioned he probably couldn’t do it, but after I told him to keep trying he did it! So happy with Geek Squad

Professional and efficient. The technician was very polite, anf kept me informed throughout the process.

The agents at Geek Squad did a fine job installing my solid state drive, however, I need to return to get software transferred over to new drive. They agreed to take care of it with no problems.
