They had veary great service and veary nice workers and took them a litlle while but veary exited to play on my new my pc

The price of service is too high than the product installed and service done so that is bit minus attention. But geek squad I do recommend.

I purchased a new HP laptop, but it came with a slow 1TB mechanical hard drive. I found a PNY 240gb Solid State Drive on sale, and had the Geek Squad install it. I could have done the install, but since I'm not HP certified, it would have VOIDED my HP hardware warranty.

The service was great, fast and efficient too. We would recommend this service to family and friends.

The geek club agents replaced my computer laptop battery and laptop is working well.

Geek Squad really improved both my laptop and my wife’s laptop. The only reason I didn’t rate them 5 stars as they could not help me with my Microsoft outlook issues

Geek Squad was FANTASTIC! They put my computer back together that another "repair" company had botched. They were polite, efficient and really really good!

I Used Geek Squad to Upgrade a new Laptop with more Memory and replace the Hard Drive with a Solid State Drive. Also used them to upgrade my Desk Top PC with an Ethernet Adapter Card, so it can handle 300 Megabit Speed of my internet connection.

The battery on my Samsung 2 in 1 went bad. They helped me order the correct battery and when it came in they installed it. Was easy and didn't take long. Would have them do more work for me in the future.

The agent and the technician were both very courteous, knowledgeable and provided prompt service. Options and costs were well defined and communications with customer was superb. All around great experience.

awsome service if u cannot work on ur products by ur self or if ur afraid ull mess something up definitely recommend to every one who don't know alot about electronics or that want to have someone do it from them without worrying about anything going wrong with their products

The tech suggested that the drive on the Toshiba, which has a terrible design flaw in the laptop screen closing, the screws come out making it impossible to fix or boot the computer. The tech was able to encase the drive and my grandson now had an extended drive as well.

Very efficient! I even went before my assigned appointment and they were already ready with my laptop as soon as I was there!
