I love geek squad they came in handy when I needed them

I have used them a few times. Unfortunately there is usually only one in Traverse City at a time and always a wait to see him. All have been helpful except for one notable exception

I ordered a replacement screen for my Toshiba laptop from the manufacturer..... and brought it to the Geek Squad to install (and replace the bad screen). They were not busy and it took less than 30 minutes!!

My Alienware laptop needed a new battery. Best Buy doesn't sell them so I had to purchase it off the internet. The Best Buy staff were very friendly and the work was done quickly and expertly.

a new HP Omen from Best Buy. After completing the sale, we dropped everything off with the Geek Squad. They said it would be ready within 24 hours. It was ready about 8 hours earlier.

I purchased a new power supply for my XPS 700 from amazon online. Once I received it in the mail, geek squad installed it and removed the old one. Microcenter would not install anything they didn't sell. Computer works great again. Geek squad is the best

they really know what theyre doing. i only left my computer for a few days and already got a call. before i knew it, i had my computer back and was running just like before. theyre fast and professional

Best Buy's Geek Squad replaced my hard drive and installed windows 10 onto the new drive. It took less than 1/2 a day to get this completed. The cost of the service was fair. I would use them again.
