Friendly service but sctratched my laptop. Didnt see it untill it was already home.

When the laptop I use broke down I took it to Best Buy and Geek Squad who was able to quickly figure out what happened and fix it within a few days.

The agents took me in without having an appointment and were able to install the additional memory despite running into a few problems. All works great.

Geek Squad completely fumbled the building of my computer. First they did not add the SSD's appropriately as to where they can read in "My Computer". Second, the fan exhaust was placed in the wrong way. Third, I have a dual fan Noctua open air heatsink where after 7-8 months of noisy fans overworking themselves, I realized they didnt add the 2nd fan that is part of the 2 fan open air heatsink.
