Very quick and friendly service. Will be happier and have an even better customer experience when regular registers are open again and all purchases dont have to go through the customer service line.

They did everything well enough and it's nice not having to worry too much about managing cables on my own.

I had memory added to my all in one pc and I have no complaints. A manager installed it and I didn’t wait long, very sweet guy.

The person who took my laptop from my wife kept on stalling for 45 minutes asking her unrelated questions. I had to schedule online when to pick it back up after I received a text that the work was completed but I had to wait too long. The national number was totally useless because they kept on insisting that they don't have direct communication with the local stores. Fortunately I had the email of a Geek Squad staff member who knew what she was doing and she answered me that I didn't need an appointment.

The service was fine. This demand for at least 50. characters to submit response has me re-thinking this involvement.

I had memory that I purchased installed. It was my first time using Geek Squad. I usually have my eldest son do it for me, but he just moved away for work. So far, so good.

The team worked fast and was able to meet my needs

I had taken my laptop into Geek Squad to get new cooling fans installed. I also decided to expand storage with a second hard drive. I took it in around noon and received a call around 6 that it was done. This fast turnaround is very impressive. I picked up my laptop the next day and have had no issues with it since.

While I waited, only about twenty minutes, the squad removed the internal dust that had accumulated over the years in my older HP computer. It seem s the cooling fan is cooling better now too.

The tech took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand.

Geek Squad technicians quickly loaded our new laptops with WebRoot Security and transferred important files/applications from our old laptops while we waited.

I was surprised the level of service I got. I was never a fan at first based on previous experiences, but looks like they have improved and people are more helpful in making honest decisions. They're not just out to push unnecessary services or products just for the sake of making commission.

I needed help installing a new SSD in my MacBook Pro. I made an appointment, and Geek Squad did this for me while I waited. They even put my old drive into an enclosure for me and gave some pointers for copying the data (which I did at home). Overall, a great value!

Run full diagnostics on my computer to assure no problems when it left store.
