All of the store associates were very welcoming from the time I walked in the door.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate what they did to get my laptop replaced. I could go on and on,but I will just say I could not have been happier! I needed my computer for work.

Expensive but they fixed a longstanding problem I was not comfortable fixing myself. Good team.

Geek Squad installed my power supply for my computer, was having issues connecting, fast service.

Dude was super easy to work with, very lax and unstructured once in store but amicable and upgrade done quick and easy. A dot overpriced, but simplicity makes it worthwhile to use

The agent installed the SSD to my laptop then I had to return the device due to the product making my laptop in worse shape then it was then when the product was first put in.
